Usually, I use it whenever I log on after viewing my notices, which can be as often as thrice a day. On occasion, while browsing RMN, I see my notices flashing, and I view what it's about, and use the "mark all as read" then as well.
I don't recall receiving over 200 notices, like, ever. The most notices I've ever had was over the 100 mark, which was probably from mafia games, or high-participation gammak events. For example, notices from the 9th Birthday Event might have hit the +100 mark.

Thinking about whether to make a gamepage now for my first non-event project that I think I might actually finish, or hold off on it.
I'm somewhat worried that making of a gamepage will put pressure on finishing the project and lead to the exact opposite.
