WHAT ARE YOU THINKING ABOUT RIGHT NOW?

Like I said, for MV. Also it has extra stuff added in. That said, it's pretty easy to see why people would want to use it - because it's a well-loved pack that IS used on the older makers so much. Of course people would want a version for the newer one.
Personally I think they added enough to it to make it different enough from the previous versions, HOWEVER there's a ton missing. This is just the town-based pack (and frankly, the price for just that is pretty meh, imo). You can make a sewer dungeon easily enough with it, and a forest as well, and some mountainous areas but there's no cave tiles or other dungeon-type ones (which was always a big awesome part of the Mack tiles).
Frankly, I would have rathered they'd waiting until the whole thing was finished before putting it out. Still, I've found it fun to mess around with so far. I'd show off some of my maps but the ones I've made were commissioned. I might whip something up to show off some of the other tiles, though.
I forgot to mention that another thing NOT to like about the pack is a lack of any sprites that aren't the default MV type. Which is just... no. Why? One of the big draws of Mack stuff is that they work with the 2k/3 sprites. :<

I am ready for RPG Maker MV 2003, all we need is a Squaresoft music pack and it'll be the gilded era all over again!

http://store.steampowered.com/app/549840BUY THE SAME OLD SHIT TILES EVERYBODY HAS BEEN USING SINCE 2005 WITH THE SAME SHITTY SUNRAYS holy shit this is awful, they look terrible in this resolution (or maybe that's just the shitty maps)
The sunray overlays on their sample maps are pretty obnoxious, especially when you scroll through them and see the exact same overlay on each sample map. Do they include the sunray overlay in the map pack, or did they just think the tiles wouldn't look cool enough without it?
The pack does look like it has a lot of great stuff even if they just mostly redid tiles for MV's resolution, but I gotta agree that they should have waited and released the dungeon stuff with it, too. If I buy a pack, it's because I want to make a full game with it. Hard to do when the dungeons aren't available.
I think the new FSM pack looks pretty cool, even if it's just a rescale. You could easily pull off a full game with what is seen in the screenshots if you ask me, even if it's not a full ''usual'' rpg(does this make sense?) It looks better than most resource packs that have been released so far for mv to me.
Anyway i haven't bought it yet so hands down
Off topic, am i the only one who says something kind and then literally seconds later goes ''crap it could have been kinder''?? Because that happens to me. A lot ;w;
Ex: Someone compliments me, i answer back but forget to say thanks. Kill me.

Oshun's set is legit. Gonna buy it as soon as i got the money.
@Slash, i tend to do the same, but its worse as others get afraid that I'm hitting on them. Or maybe I'm just weird sometimes...

I just saw an article titled, "The rise in selfie deaths and how to stop them". Why bother trying to stop them? At this point, humanity could do with some natural selection...
You'd think we'd figure it out at 7 billion people...
Ara Fell is somewhat excuseable methinks. It's set in the sky, obviously it'd be cloudy up there.
It's an RM staple at this point, or more often a bandaid, I'm guilty of this is like all my old 2k3 projects
those people can build z shaped tables, beds and bridges but are unwilling to put down floorboards in their dirty ass caves, fuck them, they deserve all the shitty lightrays they get

Not excusable because there are zero ways in which this makes any sense!
Not excusable because this would look loads better without the stupid light-rays following you around. The map is fine without them.
It kind of looks cool if you're not staring at it for too long...After that, it's like "why are these rays here? Are they following me everywhere I go? Make it stop."

Nothing reveals Humanity so well as the games it plays. A game of betrayal, where the most suspicious person is brutally murdered? How savage.

Yeah, those overlays should not follow the player. They would be so much cooler like that. It just makes no sense for them to follow the player. The position of gaps in the ceiling does not change by you walking around.

Pretty much.
I am now tempted to have an enemy appear in a random encounter called "Light overlay" and is just those sunbeams XD
