congrats! if it's a girl then you have to name her Meryl.

i thought the baby's name was gonna be TOSHIBA
Cogratulations ;) I would also be happy If I became a father... in some years of course.
Congrats! My wife is just about 17 weeks right now. We should be finding out the gender in a few weeks as well.

Are you going through the same mixture of excitement and abject terror that I am? It's not that I worry about caring for a child (three years working in daycare; ages 6 weeks to 5 years). The idea of being responsible for providing for another life is daunting, though.

Whenever I bring the topic of 'having children' to my friends they're usually like "ew diapers" or "little kids are noisy and cry all the time on the bus or w/e." But the really scary thing is like... you and your teenage son being forced into this awkward BONDING situation, and he thinks you're lame. Or your 18 year old daughter having a bigger problem than just a simple period, and the mother isn't around. Just the later parts where they develop minds that put you into utter confusion because you don't know what to say or do. that shit scares me, but a lot of humans can get through it I suppose.

good luck to the three of you HA HA HA.

You know, it's funny... there is a point in every dude's life (most of them anyway) where having a kid goes from being the most terrifying, life-ending occurrence in their life to one of the most exciting. I'm in the the transitional stage I suppose... hormones are funny things, eh?

anywho...

Congrats! Hope it is healthy and keeps you happily occupied!

I am certainly in the former boat... Anyhoo, congrats Sam! :D
Congrats, and yeah, give your babby a proper human name instead. :)
Meryl sounds nice, though ;) Congratulations! =)
Congratulations Sam! I'm not a dad, but someday I'll be one I guess. :)
Have you settled on a name yet?

My wife and I found out we're having a girl (Andraste save me) and we're going to name here Audrey.
Congratulations. Dad myself and its true. Before they come along its tied for first with dying young as the most scariest thing and then it happens..and its not so bad....and remember:

If it's a Boy...Cloud
If it's a Girl...Kuja
