(Actually, they're already enabled in the forum, but our forum template seems to be lacking some needed code to display it. I was going to enable them to get WIP's panties in a bunch, but I am too lazy to edit skins. :()

I can do graphics and SMF skin editing (really ed really canyou yes I can IGP mother fucker)

I think they have their uses but steps need to be in place to eliminate abusing them.
