You're not late unless you get ejected before your first post. Speaking of which, who have we not heard from yet?

Lots of no eject votes going down at this point. Not sure what to make of that. And why do I suspect people when they say, "Ah, nobody's suspicious enough! #noeject." Which is ironic, since I was gong to post something to that effect.
I have no idea why you would suspect people who say that since it's the first day and very little things that are incriminating have happened thus far. That's not to say none have happened though so, not enough suspicion on any one in particular may be a little more accurate. THey're probably having problems wording what they want to say actually since their allies (or enemies) ar fairly agressive. Not that that's a bad thing. (Rambling for the win!)

Uhhh...It seems like a no lynch is inevitable today. But I'm actually going to have to agree with CAVE_DAWG on this one. Shinan has posted what...like twice? and both were very non-town like. I mean, wtf is this:

I don't think he'd point out that he almost said us if he really was a villain. It seems unlikely, but I suppose he could be bluffing.

Mindgames eh :D
It was meant as a joke, just a fun stab at the name "Hero phase", but I love how it has escalated.
And the fact is, you can read a lot into it can't you. I bet it's in a way very telling if you look at it from the right angle.
The first day is often kind of a non-day, people feel each other out, sort of determining strategy, level of caution, stuff like that. There's no actual information going on.
However I also think that you can tell a lot from the first day later on. Looking at some early tentative almost kind of alliances and other similar stuff. It's a mindgame and the guard is often the lowest at the very beginning of the game when the stakes are low.

So people will be ejected even if the no-lynch vote is the largest?
The rules are so different in each game! This should be reflected in the first post.

Wow, that's different. So a no lynch vote is useless if there's at least one vote on anyone else. I don't think CAVE_DOG's gonna retract his vote, so I propose to you all two different lynch targets for today. Shinan or Despite.
Shinan has proven to be a pretty good player for town in the games I hosted before this, so lynching him could mean trouble. However, his posts have been odd this game and very unlike the posts of previous games. I personally sense a very anti-town vibe from him.
Despite, on the other hand, hasn't been useful at all(sorry Despite). He also hasn't posted once yet this game, and lurking is the worst thing you can do as a townie. I'd feel bad for lynching him Day 1 again, though. I also haven't seen him around IRC or the forums recently, so maybe he doesn't know that the game has started?
I'll keep my vote as is for now and think it over.

Keep in mind that this is just because I don't like the idea of lynching either option just yet. And if Trihan actually is a legitimate target, this could be interesting.
