Mirror - it's a legitimate strategy. Telling others your role so that they don't take you out by mistake. It's not spoiling, it's part of the game.

Also, Ivory, I don't understand the benefit of identifying you and your mason friend in such a blatant way. Scum will know not to target either of you because you are masons and therefore not a direct threat. IF you want this person's identity to be known to you, why not establish some kind of not obvious codephrase in masonchat? Like, "Make the third sentence of your next post '_________'" or something?
We're not trying to break the game via flavor, though, and only two people have claimed their role. And I only believe one of them.
Remember, editing post's is not allowed not even for ninja'd :P(Just gramatical error or bolding votes)
Seems like my zealousness has cost me two votes against (even though it's just day one).
I'm going to hope that I'm not in grave danger yet and hold my roleclaim, until I notice that the piece of information I need to utilize my role and discover the mafia I have been talking about has been revealed.

What I think it's best is that ivory identifies her twin and then makes us known to us that she has done so.
She doesn't have necessarily tell us all WHO it is yet, if she doesn't feel like it.

I know. What I was saying was, there are ways to confirm your twin's identity without letting everyone else know who s/he is.

From my experience, this strategy only helps mafia to confuse townies. I can't recall when it was helpful to town.
I know you don't believe my claim, cave, but I understand. It's an odd claim to make in the first place, but it's such a confusing character that, well, I don't blame anyone for not believing me. Hell, I know I wouldn't if someone else claimed it. >.<;
That's why I put it out there front and centre. No-one's going to believe me anyway, so I might as well put the truth out there straight up. Not like I can do anything about it, being powerless and all. :(

MM: Not necessarily. I've seen games that have the townies use this to band together and hunt out the mafia. It's worked in the past, but it usually works best when everyone puts their roles in. It figures that with a game this crazy it wouldn't help much, though. >.<;

I've already stated I don't have a power, so really, it's not worth the effort, but if you want to lynch me, fine. It's not like I can do anything to stop it. You'll find out just how crazy this stupid game is if I am hung.
That said, this is the second time you've added me to the lynch-list. Are you sure you're not mafia, since you seem so determined to kill off someone who is on the townies side, even if I am a worthless to it?
