Did you srsly missed the part where I've said it was by the list? LIST? I didn't try to "randomize" shit because of fairness of following the list so this really isn't "bullshit" as you've mentioned. I could pretty much offer to pair them up to someone else but I would be contradicting myself.

Not buying it. You've jumped around a lot. It was only after I changed your position with LWG on the list that you even stated anything about feeling suspicious of him. You'd already claimed before that you didn't trust Gourd, Dudes and MM.

You offered that list of 'suspicious people' after I'd already made a few randomised lists - to explain why you didn't want them paired up.

Actually, allowing Mafia to pick the pairs is a bad idea because they could easily pick each other and use each other for protection: "Oh, yeah, I was protected really well/I got a PM saying that I was attacked/stopped an attack" and use that to verify their innocence.

They could also have an inkling about who is what and deliberately avoid pairing with who they might think is Insane, and buy themselves a ticket out. We don't know what mafia knows or think they know, so better safe than sorry. Hence why I proposed a more random pick than 12121212 - which is an easy pattern to figure into one's calculations. We can't know that choosing that formation is by chance or deliberate.

Just curious:

If someone thinks they're naive/odd/even, should that person keep quiet or not?

They should say so. Or at least hint that they might be one of the three - "I'm one of these: naive/odd/even." This way town knows and mafia will have to guess which they are.
