Wow, that looks very excellent! I like the isometric look to it; I always felt it was quite spiffy. Though where did your facesets from? Did you draw it yourself because it looks somewhat inconsistent.

I have an idea that uses an isometric-view battle system, but it's a pretty crazy idea... Not the battle system, the game itself. Good luck to you, though!

A New direction for my battle system. It's starting to look the way I wanted it to look like. Just ignore the first faceset (or all).
Illusionist, I like the idea you have going there. Though, I'm curious, are the backgrounds supposed to be like an outer wall or just a background?

It's good illusionist, but the backgrounds almost kill it. The cave background is stretched horribly, and isn't the same quality as the ground the characters are standing on. The FF6 forest background doesn't fit with the style of the characters or anything else in that screenshot.
That is very nice though. Great work!
ariedonus, are you going to make a path? We need at least some sense of direction. Looking good, though.

Ariedonus, they are basically just a backround to reflect the area some what.
Neophyte/Nessiah, I agree with your suggestions for sure. The cave backround has been resized but I have the normal sized one as well I can apply. My question is does the backround ruin the overall experience? I'll be honest, they're only backrounds slapped on because a black backround would really get boring.
I want to be reasonable and not opted for custom if it's not necessary.

Yes I did. Those graphics are 100% organic, grown right here in my MSPaint. (Except for the Indy sprite, which I modded from a miniature base from the SNES Indiana Jones Greatest Adventures.)

Multimedia Fusion. Gonna see if I can make a few more tilesets before I go into serious production though.

LMAO! I love the voice actors. Veili sounds like she can take on anything (like my Josh Cromwell) Gunnar is the halrious pussy sidekick and even Zuleika is a pretty good listen! ^^
It's actually interesting to hear them speak a little, back in the demo I had the impression that Veili was a soft, caring girl and Gunnar was the more tough one of the two...guess not, I actually liked using Gunnar more then Veili.
Anywho!!! Game Of The Year! Barkley is nothing compared to this. ;D
