I'd have to say....:
Cave Story,Fire Emblem,Mega Man,RPG Maker, Dragon Quest, Shin Megami Tensei and Persona.
Man I hate being British. What I just wrote,the stereotypes and how badly Atlus has treated us. We have it pretty bad.
I can agree with RPG Maker from where I live (in Canada), but I would like to see more Final Fantasy fans here.
Well, the Persona series and especially SMT isn't known at all here. But there are a couple of niche games who I'd like to be known more than they are, haha.
Fire Emblem is well-known, though. All thanks to the 3DS-installment. Same with Dragon Quest, I'd say. Although there are no fans of it, many should own games of the series.

Nothing you can do about that.

As for RPG Maker .. you know how graphic whores can react. They usually are PC gamers, so that adds to it (I've really met some people who think the DS or other portable consoles cannot have any good installments, because the resolution sucks. Quite amusing thought).
Vampires Dawn has been really popular among German folks, so there are quite a few who have played 1 or 2 RPG maker games, but they rarely if ever dive deeper into it.
The only person I've ever met in real life who knows what Final Fantasy is, is my best friend.

The only person I know in real life who knows what RPG Maker is is my best friend and he doesn't even have RPG Maker.
Not sure if there are much Earth Bound/Mother fans around Canada
@TheUltimateUmbreon

Same here. It was an old internet friend that introduced me to RPG Maker.
Anything that is not from the 'big companies' like ubisoft, nintendo, square, etc. are not known here. And also, I was the one who introduced RPG Maker here.
Touhou Project. Its my favorite game series of all time but its from japan so nobody knows about it. Add to the fact that its a Doujin series means that despite how popular it is in Japan, almost nobody knows about it.
