Okay then. This is what I suggest: Razuna, you're the quickest of us. You try to make a run for the trap door and evade the eye's beam. Depending on whether you find something important, you can either call us and we'll follow you, or you come back here. I'll observe the eye and warn you if you're in danger. If it comes too close to spotting you, I'll try to distract it by throwing stones or I'll just shoot it. After this is done, we can decide which way to go next. What do you think?

(Yikes, I've been gone for a while! Sorry, really sorry about that! I was visiting relatives! I'll type up my response to all of this in a while, I'm a bit tired. 6 hour drives will do that to ya...)
"Ah, right, this cut should be fixed with a bit of that Red Pulp Salve..."
As soon as I'm finished with applying the Salve to Fureira's wound, I'll watch Razuna closely and be ready to cast Small Barrier on him at any moment, should things go badly.

"Wes, use the salve on Fureira..." Kairy says as she absorbs a Power-stone.
Razuna does the same while Wes nods and pulls out the salve. He applies it to Fureira's cut on her head. The salve reacts instantly with the blood and starts to sizzle! Heat is radiated from it as the blood evaporates. Soon the salve dissolves and Fureira's forehead no longer has a cut! Fureira stirs, and soon she opens her eyes, looking at Wes.
"Ugh... what luck I have... thanks for the treatment, Wes! Oh? What's wrong, your faces are all pale. Somethin' happen?"
She's completely in the dark about that... THING!
The group eventually explains everything to her, and Fureira listens with shock on her face. Once the explanation if finished, Fureira stands up, brushed the dust off her pants and asks "How do we get out of here?"
"We don't know. However we can't just leave, we need to come back with treasure." Kairy says in a final tone. "You don't have to come along, you can try to find a way out on your own, but the treasure is the entire reason we came down here in the first place, we're not going to let all our troubles be for nothing."
After considering it for a moment, Fureira decides to not split from the gorup, she'd rather have their protection just in case.
"Alright, I'll tag along, but I get to have some of the treasure!"
"Prove useful and you will." Razuna says as he readies himself to rush towards the trapdoor.
The blue light shines in the gap.
"What's that light?" Fureira asks, and Razuna responds "Death."
The blue light shifts to other areas, and Razuna bolts from the cover towards the orb emitting it. Wes watches carefully, his hands aglow with angelous energy ready to cast small barrier. They're outside the light, and the orb seems to be set in it's pattern. Razua makes it to the trap-door and opens it.
Inside he finds a... wooden panel with a lock on it. It's small, so Razuna figures it to be a container of some kind. With nothing to pick the lock, no way to force it open under the eye, and the blue light circling back to him, Razuna rushes back.
Once he returns, he informs the group.
"The trapdoor leads to a locked container, in other words, treasure."
"So, are we going to risk it?" Fureira asks.
Zuko, who had been watching the staircase, draws his sword and stands up.
He hears skittering, like giant spider feet, and clicking noises.
"Somethings coming from down the stairs." He says plainly.
------------------------------Bazyli----------------------------------
You grabs Shivad's robe and tug on it twice. Shivad bends down and you whisper in her ear "Let's make a run for the west door, okay?"
"Sounds like a plan"
Carefully, Bazyli and Shivad make haste towards the west door.
Shivad's Dexterity and perception allow her to do this with ease, but Bazyli 2! cannot traverse the webs easily! He trips and fall on an egg, smashing it! The baby spider inside was surprisingly mature... in fact it squeals in pain when Bazyli crushes it!
Soon the webs shake, and Bazyli is stuck in them! He panics and flails frantically, shaking the webs. Giant Spyders are visible from the south crack! Shivad quickly bellows a frost breath, covering the crack and halting the Spyders' movements. She bends down and uses her Icy Aura to freeze the webs and break them, freeing Bazyli. She picks him up and walks over to the West door. Once there, the ice covering the south crack breaks! The eggs on the floor all hatch, and baby Spyders skitter about, ravenous for their first nutrients. Shivad readies a spell.

"You guys defend the stairs. I'm going to take a little risk here," I say as I load my crossbow with a Quartzine bolt. "Wes, same procedure again. If the eye gets too close to spotting me, protect me with a Barrier, okay? Let's do this!"
I leave all my stuff with the others except for my loaded crossbow (and clothes, obviously), and make a dash for the trapdoor. When I'm down there, I shoot right through the lock using Armour Melter, making sure I don't accidentally hit the container, too.
That should do the trick.

Too late, wes, I'm on my way already. Besides, I noticed a pattern of us getting chased out of rooms after staying in them for a short while. If there's more enemies than we can handle, I want to secure the treasure before they overwhelm us this time.

"Enemies incoming, then?" Razuna says as he draws his swords. Zuko does the same and backs to the edge of the palisade.
"Let's be ready to scram, guys." Wes says when he notices Kairy putting most of her things in a pile close to the edge of the palisade.
She loads her crossbow with a quartzine bolt and peeks out the edge of the palisade.
"Kairy what are you doing?" Wes asks as the light goes by. Quickly Kairy bursts from cover and rushes towards the eye, which is not gazing upon anyone.
"Kairy!?" Wes yells, and Kairy says "You know what to do if I'm too slow Wes!" as she gets to the container. Wes shakes his head and watches Kairy carefully. Fureira decides to do what he would of done. Carefully Kairy aims at the lock. Trying her best not to damage anything inside, Kairy uses Armor Melter! 1!
Instead of empowering the bolt, the bolt explodes! 3! Kairy's crossbow barely holds and Kairy is unharmed, but the quartzine bolt is destroyed. The eye's gaze is rotating towards her, so she rushes back to the team swiftly.
As she returns and Wes takes Fureira's place, Kairy cursing herself as she failed to break the lock, two creatures emerge from the stairwell! Slimy, bony, pale creatures on four long legs like scimitars appear! They screech at the sight of food, and lunge at Wes! 2! Leaping, one knocks the other to the side as Wes fails to maneuver his sword in time! It's scimitar-like legs stab into Wes's shoulders, puncturing the armor! With it's hold it's head extends with a crackling sound as it tries to eat through Wes's armor, it's acidic saliva corroding it. Two more appear from down the staircase! They both jump at Razuna and Zuko! 1! 5!
Razuna is attack in much the same way, stabbed in his shoulders as the creature tears through his armor! Razuna's shoulders are torn as he falls to the ground, he can't use his arms! The creature's head extends and eats it's way through his armor, starting on his chest! Zuko fared far better, not only parrying the creature but slicing it's head off! It falls to the floor as it's flesh sags before everyone's eyes, melting into a bubbling green liquid.
Fureira's chakrams fly as they melt the first creature that was knocked aside.
The sound of frenzy is heard from down the stairwell as many more are sure to come! Fureira Kick the creature on Wes 4! Getting it off of him as she throws her chakrams once more and 5! Melts the creature eating Razuna! He lays their groaning in pain as Wes stands and five more are seen in the stairwell.

Bazyli reacts with a Buster Ball Blast 6! and the resulting magi ball disintegrates three baby spiders before smacking into the miasmal pillar! The pillar reacts and miasmal rays shoot out everywhere as giant Spyders start crawling out of the south crack!
Three giant Spyders emerge from the rack, and are all promplty zapped by a miasmal beam and stunned! Shivad an Bazyli are zapped, but they merely absorb the energy. A baby Spyder tried it's best to leap on Bazyli, but it falls short and land on it's back, crying. It's zapped by a miasmal beam as Shivad says "Now's the time to flee!" As she opens the door, grabs Bazyli by the hand, and rushes down the L-shaped hallway behind the door, that is shut as soon as they enter. Shivad creates icicles to baracade the door as they continue down the hall. They go through another door and enter in a room with a Guardian, like the one from the gate in Null!
It's not active, though, so it doesn't even move. Looking around, they see a staircase in the northwest corner. It only goes down, but the sounds of clicking noises and screaching are heard from it... against the walls of the room are counters filled to the edges with items of varying sort.
"Well, we should head down those stairs. We can't go back to the Spyder egg-chamber, far more dangerous." Shivad claims.

Well, since my crossbow seems to have taken some Impact and I don't want to risk breaking it, I put it aside for the moment, grab my hatchet and move to assist the others.

Should I cast Small Barrier on anyone? It'll heal anyone who's behind it, since it's been upgraded, so that could be really useful. Right, waiting until we really need to use his would be best.

I supposed Wes was standing right in the middle in front of the staircase. The gist of what I had Kairy say is that you and Fureira should take the front positions because you are the physically strongest.

Good call, but I would wait with the Barrier until more enemies have arrived. If we're in danger of getting overwhelmed, blocking their path with the Barrier could give us some precious time.
