I just walk everywhere. I don't have a car and I go stir crazy if I don't get out of the house so I go for daily walks that usually last between 1-4 hours (Unless I actually have stuff to do that day then I'm out on my feet and running around all damn day XD)

I don't run or jog though. NOOOOPE XD Not happening.
It's troubling how little exercise some of you guys do! Don't take your health for granted, it's way late if you only start after it starts to fail!

I did rock climbing for three years, stopped recently to give my wrists a break, and to give Squash a try. Also playing Ultimate and Dodgeball weekly. Sometimes I go biking if I don't have any games scheduled and the weather's nice.
My daily exercise was to everyday try to memorize a bit of Perfume's dance routines

I used to weigh around 72 kilos. I stopped for a while due to depression and work eating every single bit of my free time. As a result, now I weigh 93... And I gained all that in a couple months tops.

Gahh, now that I got a new job I need to dissipate that dark mist and actually go to the gym... I wanna be weighing around 60 xD
I hiked the Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes over the summer, all the way to Lake Michigan. It was more along the lines of torture than exercise. I've taken plenty of leisurely strolls through the woods before, no problem, but hiking over miles and miles of sand is just ridiculous. That being said, I'd do it again in a heartbeat, because the landscape was incredible.

Oh man – awesome! Do you have a group of friends that you play with regularly or are you in a league? Either way, I haven’t played ultimate or dodgeball since grade 12 in gym class. God how I miss those days… It’s a lot harder to find people your own age who wants to do anything outside anymore – and the shitty weather doesn’t help.

I think the only problem that I’ve had with playing, say, basketball lately is that I’m sure getting a lot of angry neighbours, visits from the cops, and people complaining constantly that I’m either trespassing on private property (yet it’s a public park) and noise complaints, which is funny because the noise bylaws here are from 7 A.M. to 10 P.M. and you kinda need to bounce a basketball in order to play, so I don’t know what the hell is up with that.

The cops are pretty good, though; they usually just swing by, take a quick look at what I’m doing, and go on their merry way, or they talk to me a little to see what’s up and then they try to take a shot from the three point line and miss, lol. Either they, they’re not so bad; it’s just the rest of the neighbourhood that acts a bit weird. I don’t know why these people complain so much about stuff like that; it's a bit frustrating, actually.

But either way, still keeping up the weightlifting, two hour walks and basketball whenever I can!
I play in a league (don't know nearly enough people to try and organize my own games!). It's a great way to meet people, usually in their 20s or 30s. Though the weather here is starting to get pretty cold and rainy.

Maybe you should check to see if there are any leagues in your area (Vancouver, right? I'd be surprised if there wasn't anything, unless you live out in the boonies.) The one I go to offers basketball indoors at local schools, which would probably settle all those noise issues

I had no idea basketball was so loud. Do you take the tennis player approach and make unnecessarily loud grunts every time you shoot the ball?

I'll never change. "Me" is better than your opinion, dummy!

My exercise, as rare as it is, is me duel wielding two bamboo canes, going out in the backyard and laying waste to 50,000 imaginary cardboard soldiers Xemnas style whilst doing my best to not look like an incorrigible idiot.

Oh and I take walks around the city sometimes.

Oh, lol, hell no.

They’re more POed about the loudness of the ball bouncing and it hitting the backboard, you know, the usual stuff that happens whenever you basketball. It really is quite ridiculous.
I don't exercise a lot, but my friends do say I'm fit because I have an active lifestyle...

Of... climbing and jumping over any obstacle I see when we're walking in the streets.

Recently I've been trying to do push-ups and sit-ups before I enter the showers every day. If I get abs maybe it'll make the ladies swoon. I really just want to see how they react to it LOL

Either my hearing is bad or I have a muffled basketball, because whenever I play, I'm not under the impression that I'm making a ton of noise. XD
