[RMVX ACE] FFIX/'TALES OF' ABILITY SYSTEM

I'm sure most of you have either played FFIX, or a newer Tales game, yeah? You're familiar with the passive 'Ability' system in those games where each party member has passive skills they can equip, and a finite amount of 'points' they can expend to equip that skill?
Does anything like that exist in a script for RM Ace? Even if it's just the 'points to equip' setup?

At first I thought you meant the system for learning skills from equips that was seen in FFIX and I totally have a script for that so I thought I could jump in and be like "i gotcha, bro!" but then I saw the body of the thread.
Sorry bro, I got nothin'.
Embarrassing confession: have never played a Tales of game.

I think yanfly has some scripts you could work to achieve something similar? You can check out their blog here and see if anything turns up.
Good luck~
Good luck~
Yanfly definitely has a script for that called Passive Skills or something like that.

That's not quite what I mean. Making the passive skills aren't the issue, neither are the coding concept for Passive Skills, yes, the scripts for that exist. What I'm looking for is something like this;
A format similar to this (Tales of Vesperia and Xillia, and probably the other newer ones have the same thing) to 'equip' skills based on finite 'points' that each character has.

There's this one.

And this.

There was another one I remember seeing that had a lot of FF9's systems in it. But yeah, have at em'. I tried screwin' around with the first one a while back, but not workin' how I wanted, but it may work for you, it's my favorite ability learning system in most RPG's. :D

Here's a bunch of FF9 scripts, ability equip being among them.
No guys, I'm not talking about learning abilities from pieces of equipment, I'm talking about each character having a set of passive abilities they can 'equip' via a finite amount of points. That screen is exactly what I'm talking about. Like I said, although FFIX has this, so does the later 'Tales' games.
It does; that's actually the closest thing conceptually to what I'm looking for. However that particular script is very basic and bare bones. Would it be doable to commission someone to make the script for what exactly I mean?
