No, the Gamecube sucked. If you have to mention MELEE just to save it, then that's pretty bad. It's the best game on the system, you don't have to mention that.
You can't name a good game on it that isn't a first party game. Maybe Tales but yeah you probably can't name 3-5 games.
SNES was a really really good system though.
You missed Eternal Darkness and Ikaruga. Also, Baten Kaitos 2 was supposed to be good.
Though I will admit, the Gamecube was pretty depressing.

Never played any Turok game, so I couldn't give my opinion there. And I am not a horror fan, so RE is out of the question, but I had the other three games on the list there. I liked them a lot, actually. <3 Tales being my favorite GCN game out there and the sole reason I wanted to keep the damn thing. *needs PS2 modded like NAO for better ToS and ToD2!*
Did anyone ever play Pokemon Snap for the 64. My girlfriend used to love playing that game and getting the stickers at blockbuster stores.

*raises hand* The only game of its kind. I loved how different it was, but it still had one of my favorite franchises!
Compared to you guys, I must be very weird. I won't buy a console if it doesn't have games that I would like on it, and the Gamecube had most of those games. The PS2 did, as well, but only after I did some trial-and-error via Blockbuster. And now, when my friends come over, there's too many games I can play alone in my PS2 library, but not nearly enough interesting multiplayer games except fighting games and FPS'. They'd much rather play Smash Bros. and Mario Kartm, and for that reason I say Gamecube wins. Who cares about the rest of the shovelware when you won't even buy it?
Oh, and Pokemon Snap was an amazing experience. I used to play even when I got all the pictures, just to test my reflexes. And I never would have gotten into the Tales series if it hadn't been for Symphonia, although I was aware of the gameplay style long before I saw the game, which helped me make my purchase. The multiplayer aspect I was hoping for was a letdown, though; not cooperative enough.

I didn't even know the "Tales of" series existed until my friend gave me his gamecube and Tales of Symphonia ... He was like "Dude this is the best game ever" ... and I was like "It looks gay...", but one day I was extremely bored and I picked it up and of course I fell in love with it. It took me like 80+ hours to beat lmao (I don't like using walkthroughs) ... after that I went searching for it online and found the other titles like "Tales of Abyss / Vesperia and I was like "ORLY?"
1. Fallout 3 is excellent.
2. Fallout 3's production studio, Bathesda, has an inept writing staff.
3. Fallout 3 has surprisingly good writing considering.
4. Fallout 3 has an awesome combat system.
5. Fallout 3's character animations are embarassing.

Is it just me, or does Rusty Ruin Act 2 sound a LOT like Sadness by Enigma? I assume I'm not the only one but

Call of Duty 5 multiplayer is terrible. Not buying this game.
Fallout 3 is pretty good so far.
Call of dirty 5?? I thought it was only Cock of duty 4

Thank your for including that in you list, it gets really looked down on, but I really love it, I absolutely cannot wait for the (more single player focused) sequel. Also Baten Kaitos is amazing and it didn't get enough attention at all. Best £15 I ever spent.

Agreed. I've been playing it all morning and it's awesome so far.
author=VerifyedRasta link=topic=1683.msg41117#msg41117 date=1225480517Are you saying CoD4 was bad?! That was the best Call of Duty.

The 5th is horrible like I said. Animations are choppy, the sound is HIDEOUS (guns sound like pellet guns), and the movement feels stiff. It's like a bad mod made for CoD4.
And I'm really into Fallout now. The beginning is slow, but things have picked up now.

Oh I didn't even know they had a 5th one ... and well I never really liked CoD from the start ... so 4 didn't catch me either

It isn't that hard maybe you just suck at video games ???
I'm just joshing you but I don't think it is really that hard. It's challenging, but I can always get through. It's very fair and getting better at the game is usually the solution to getting past a tough boss.
