CloseNice to see some gammak included. I recommend creating an 'experimental playground project' where you have all your different maps, resources, database stuff etc. That way, you can have one convenient place for all your different ideas for projects stored. I found ACE to be pretty good for this due to the huge amount of tilesets you can use.
Once you've chosen the project you'll be working on, you can easily just copy paste from the experimental project to the new project you'll be focusing on.

Sparkles indicate the player can obtain healing herbs/plants. May add this extra section to my game.

I do not get the logic behind those small round grass cliffs. Otherwise, great map
The map is otherwise pretty gorgeous. Nice tint, nice lightning and very nice graphics. I'm pretty sure someone will sue you if
you don't include this cave in Tristian.

This is a good excuse to make something random when you can't come up with something good.
Like we all realized by now, I suck with dates, so instead of doing this weekly I'll probably just announce a new theme after just a little while. I don't really want to abondon it as I promised Cap I would look after things when he was gone lol
Anyway, the previous theme did liven things up a little which I'm happy about, and this time we are going for
Snow!
So get those penguins and polar bears ready, because we are going to ''chill'' and work on our ''cool'' maps!
As an extra challenge, you can try to make an artic map!

Sorry for double post(again), but it's wednesday. The cave theme had 5 maps, which I revived the thread for a bit. The snow theme had one map entered...
and it was mine...
Anyway, it's time for the new theme to be announced.
I just finished watching Hell Girl, and in general this is one country I love so dem much for some reason, everything from it's culture to designs(I love the temples and such), obviously the country I'm talking about:
Japan
So get those japanese tilesets and do whatever you want as long as it is japanese style. It can be a temple, or it can be a modern day city from japan. Either way, here's mine:

Hm, Japan should be easy one, yet DS+ tiles are nothing but confusion to me right now. And the japanese REFMAP chipset is lacking. I will probably do some previous ones to for fun and practice.
I won't be renewing Maps for now. Maybe ever. I have something else on my mind. It may turn out to be a regular thread or a bigger oneshot. If I will decide to go that way, there would be rewards and i would contoct Kenton or Liberty to make it a better experience.
Also there is a lovely game I should return to and do something with. It cranks.
