After everything passes, I tell the both girls:

"Ok, Zeon told me that a Marat army is coming here, so we have to... Oh, I'm sorry, I think we haven't been introduced yet. My name's Reize, and you?"
Ugh, I'd like to just sit down now. But, I should probably go report to the Captain or something. Where is he? Wonder if he knows our status, how many dead and wounded we have. Then again, I guess I could... count that out myself. Ugh. Finding the Captain's easier, let's go with that. Worse case scenario he says he doesn't know and makes me count 'em. Well, he'll likely want to have a few words with me about the little display of my firecrafting abilities before that, but... oh whatever, let's just go find him.

The hell's a marat?
As far as terms I use in this, refer to the first page, down a bit, there are a bunch of terms and information about Alera you will probably need to know, that's where you'll find information like what a marat is.

"Hold on, what? Marat army!? Gala says as this Reize person attempts to introduce himself.
"I think that's a more pressing matter than introductions!" She says slightly annoyed. "We can do that later, we need to warn everyone, quickly!"
Gala then zooms towards her scout troop and informs them that someone's fury told them about a Marat army approaching, and how we need to prepare, first by making sure everyone is informed. Also dismissing Garuda for the time being.
You know Seiromem, I just realized that you were the only one of us who didn't described the physical appearance of your character. So, how is Gala, anyways?

Also SuNa, how do we regenerate energy and how it works my Bend skill?
A lot of the skills are just general, which is why they have general names to allow for a range of possibilities and not lock people into what they can and cannot do, because there is a lot furies can do, and I don't want to limit your imaginations and ideas. Bend is basically the manipulation of trees and any plant life.

Energy comes back as time goes on, given you don't do anything to strenuous, and there are some items you can get to replenish energy at least temporarily, and watercrafters can try to replenish energy when they get the skill to do so. Good old sleep works wonders as well.

If you lose all your energy, you pass out by the way.

I'm going to think of what should I do now. A question:

My energy is cosumed if I have the furies invoked for a long time?
No, they will hang about, but it's best to have them unsummoned if you don't need them to fight things for you, that way if you need to use them for your skills, for example Zeon is summoned right now, using bend would involve unsummoning him and then using it, taking more time. Usually a summoned fury is used if you are preoccupied with other things, need another fighter by your side, or intimidating another person.

furies have their own energy for when they are summoned.

I proceed to unsummon my furies for the meantime.
Alex unsummons her fury as she picks her self up off the floor and smiles up at Reize "im Alex" she is small and looks young(looks 14)

Everytime you place points in summoned fury, you get to spend two points in the summoned fury's attributes.
I smile back at the girl and I tell her:

"Nice to meet you, Alex."

Afterwards, I look at the place from where the Marats are going to come (assuming that Reize know where they're coming from, otherwise scratch the looking part... XD) and I say:

"Now we should get prepared, I have the feeling that what's coming next is not going to be a walk in the park..."
+1 point in Scare, and +1 point in Heat!
Oh, silly me. Fury's stats, not Fury related skills. Okay then: +2 in Energy!

One more clarification ought to do it for now, talking doesn't take up turns(Those of you involved in the Highlander's Tomb know how it works.) Talk to your hearts contnet, this is a roleplay game, so go ahead and roleplay!(Thought I'd say this because Starranger and Snowfox don't seem to do much in the way of talking outside of bolded actions)

Alright, for Garuda:

Strength +2
Blaine yells out for a medic again, he also yells out for someone with a fire furie, he also warns everyone about the coming opponents.

" hey i need a medic over here!!! i also need a fire furie do cauterize the captains wounds so he doesn't bleed out. the battle is not yet over we need to put up defenses and prepare for the worst!"



also i wont be around for the weekend so Suna will be controlling my character until i return on Sunday. i will also be absent the weekend after (labor day weekend) suna will control then as well. good luck everyone and have a good weekend!!!!




What was that? A legionnaire? What's he talking about? Preparing for the worst, what worst? And something about needing a fire fury for... the Captain? Why's the Captain need a fire fury? Hm, I think my fury's a bit too tired to do anything, but hell, I'm looking for the Captain anyway, let's go over to where that legionnaire's voice is coming from and see what he's shouting about.
Turn 5

Finding the Captain's easier, let's go with that. 11!

Barely able to keep his eyes open Ademar slowly picks his way through the mess of bodies and furniture littering the floor. Just as he is about to lay down and sleep, not caring what he's going to lay on, he hears someone yelling for help. Ademar approaches an overturned table to find a legionnaire helping the captain sit up. He has three thin sticks sticking into his back and out through his chest. Ademar can tell he's alive, but not for much longer. The captain sees Ademar, and before the horror of the two young legionnaire's eyes, he grabs the sticks, focuses and pulls them out. Then flames erupt on his hands and he cauterizes his wounds.
"Water...crafter..." he whispers.

"Relax for now Garuda, you'll need your strength soon." Garuda unsummons with the whisper of the wind and Gala rushes off to find her aerial scouts.
She's running around when she trips over a body. She looks over at it to find Maximus there, glassy eyes staring up at the ceiling. The others are around him, their blue lips shows they died of suffocation. Gala shakes as she realizes how close she could have been to dying, there were enough windmanes to over power maximus, one of the strongest windcrafters she knows. Looks like she'll need to find other people for assistance.

I proceed to unsummon my furies for the meantime. 20!
Reize calls back Zeon, who unsummons with the scent of freshly mowed grass, and Reize gains some of his energy!

Alex unsummons her fury as she picks her self up off the floor 15!

Frost disappears and snow falls to the ground quickly melting away, and Alex stands up, no longer feeling her wounds.
