CAN'T PLAY SOME RM2000 GAMES

Lately i ran into two problems running "yoke of pwnage" and "the burning grail". With yoke, i get a " can't open sf2sys" error and it doesn't even run. with TBG, the fonts aren't showing at all when the dialogue pops in, all i see is a pitch black square where the dialogue should be.
I already re-installed rpgmaker2000 RTP, and nothing. how can i fix this ?

Hmm. That's really weird. The fonts aren't showing up? Do you have the usual RM fonts installed?

I guess the ones that come with the rtp! can you post the names of all the usual fonts so i try to update them / fix them ?
EDIT: It's definitely a problem with the fonts, beloved rapture doesn't work either.

Check the font patch.

Also, I really don't know if that is the problem ... but it doesn't hurt to install the fonts anyways.

Try downloading this for the fonts:
http://grs.negative0.net/RPGMaker/Rm2k3%20Fonts.zip

Copy the fonts to your Windows\Fonts directory.


As for the first problem, I'm guessing it used a different RTP than what you've got. Copy the RTP System graphic into the game's System directory and rename it to the missing file name.

You guys both rule. Both problems were fixed :). Funny, there wasn't a system file included in this yoke of pwnage game.
