Sorry, cecil, I removed that. Until the judging ends, please try not to share your submissions. There will be a time and place.
Edit: Not so much delicate as judges won't be told anyone's names or teams so keeping it fair for everyone is a good idea.

Nice I have 7 days left on the free trial so if I manage to get free time I will hopefully do a small game for this event. (But Fallout 4 will make that difficult...)

So what better thing to end up the MVLympics than to announce a WEEK LONG GAMMAK~
That's right! To end up the event we're going to be having a game make! No competition, everyone who takes part gets a badge, and we can have fun just messing around in the new maker.
There are are a few rules:
- Games must be made in MV
- Games need to be finished this time next week. (that is, Midnight GMT 15th November)
- Games must use the default four characters - Harold, Therese, Marsha and Lucius (you may add more if you wish but those four must be your main heroes).
- Full game or demo, all are welcome.
So get going and have fun. Time starts now! I'll get the event page up shortly~

I have no time this week to spend on actual serious Gam Mak. This weekend was the closest thing I've had to free time in a month!
Any small snippet of time I can steal for working in MV will be for the major project I'm already working on (which does NOT involve any of the defaults).

Clarifying rather than being pedantic: Do you mean midnight on the 16th? As in 12.00am when it shifts from the night of the 15th to the morning of the 16th? Because that would be 7 days.
23:59:59 15th. So yes, midnight of Sunday night, as it flips to Monday, GMT.

Damn it! I got sick and ended up not submitting my 2 measly submissions...
I'm gonna mak gam though. I have been known to crank things out in a week.

Okay, sliiiight issue. When tallying up the totals for each event and seeing what the judges scored, there's quite a few cases of people getting the same score. So there's more than a few times that there are ties for first, second AND third, which is awkward.
I could do three things:
- just give each of the ties the same amount - so if two teams got 29 points on something, just both give them 5 points for it. Issue with this is that I stated there'd only be one winner for each placement. It won't affect badges or anything, because there's only a handful of them, but it's something I'd rather not do if possible.
- just pick myself who the winners of those ties are. Usually I'd do this but I took part and am on one of the teams. I know I would be fair and impartial (I think I got like... one silver? for something) but it could create an issue if you guys feel that I ripped you off from your placements or weren't fair, and I want you all to feel that it was fair.
- find an impartial party and send them the tied stuff and have them pick out of them. Issue with this is that it would take more time to both find someone, compile the items and then wait for them to give back the judgement. It is a viable option though.
So, which do you guys think would be best. I'm asking you because I want this all out in the open fair as possible.
