Well, earlier today i have been working on testing and fixing up some errors in my game. I fixed up a couple of maps as well.

9/29-
Well, I decided since last time to work on the battle frame, which, again, took up the whole hour. The rest of the day I did what I needed to do to do the battle frame, which was actually quite a bit. So I got everything coded up from the mock up I had made long ago, and it was looking dandy until the enemy health display decided to fail and try to use the player's health display as its own. Thought I knew how to fix that. I was apparently wrong. I'll look into it more later. By the way, more music, no surprise there.

Weekend of September 27-28
I didn't do very much, honestly. I did, however, poke through the code of various places I've made already, and adjusted the monster difficulty a little bit.
In summary, it was a weekend to reflect on the past 10 years of the series before jumping in to start year 11.

9/30 - Today I was working a chipset for sever and got it pretty much complete. Then I surprise surprise, worked a sewer map. The general layout of the map is ready, dealing with passabilities now and going to enhance the map more then.
I also played through the trainscene yet again and listed down things that need fixing.
I decided to add few more cars and decided I need to remake the first car, too. Not to mention how much work the dialogue still needs.
I dunno, I feel like I'm polishing one scene way too much, but it keeps bothering me otherwise. Maybe I'll just do the character introduction scenes polished to extent like I am doing now, but if I keep polishing every part of the game for weeks, it would take me forever to complete the whole thing. I'm still not saying I'm going to rush the game.

Yesterday I added four new enemies to the Dragon Kingdoms: Birth of a Legend roster.
They are Bumblebee- annoying bees that shoot fire from their stingers, Mushy- mushrooms with a temper, Worker Bee- same as Bumblebees but use ice, and finally, Queen Bee- the first real boss of the game.
That's not all I did, either. I also readjusted the enemies' stats to be better balanced. I had to fix the Angered Slime's spell usage. Before, it was an instant kill for a party member. Now, it shouldn't be.

I'm writing this at the beginning of the hour- I am sick, I am tired, I'm in a bad mood, and I do not want to work on this tonight.
I'm writing this at the end of the hour- for some reason, I worked on this tonight, and I do not regret it (still sick/tired/badmood, though). I hereby declare this topic a good idea.
Anyway, I started out fixing some insects, one of which in particular took like twenty minutes and then turned out to be really simple and I felt really stupid. After that, I made it so battles actually like close and stuff after they end, which was much more difficult than you would think, and then started adding in the elemental equipment effects. I set up the array and everything so all that's left to do is make them actually do stuff, everything else is in place. In other news, I've reached the 100 common event mile marker.... Though, I went straight to 108. Anyway. Yeah. Rambling. Blaaaaaaah, I'm going to sleep.

Finished the second major series of cutscenes in my mystery project.

Yesterday I added events for the Frog Icon and Ghost Icon. There are a couple of places in the first cave where you need to jump and hop and walk through a phantom wall.
I also fixed battle events up to B2 of that cave, and added battle events from the start of B2 through to the exit of the cave, and thus the end of Episode 1.

It's been a really busy week for me. Here's what I got done;
Finished Argos City infrastructure, it looks much better now.
Got the chip for Argos Castle ripped from RS3.

10/1 - During the drive I fixed everything I had noted up of the trainscene (fixed dialogue, made new poses for the characters, remade the first car, and tried to make it just flow better.) That's pretty much all I did during the half of hour. I'm slow when it comes to directing. :(

I took a break from my normal coding today to do some spriting. Having never done animation before, I'm very pleased with the results so far. I would post it, but I'm only about a third done, so I'll have to refrain. It's also a lot easier than I expected (so far *knocks on wood*)

*Spaceship/space station landing/orbit/docking sequence for my mystery project.
I think it's really pretty so far. I'm still working on it. Maybe screenshots later.
*Imported massive amount of RMXP RTP-Style Charsets for background characters in my RMVX mystery project.
*Began populating the truly massive "living" urban area that will serve as the "hub" of my mystery project's first episode.
Time spent today:
~4-5 hours, give or take and two hours.

I finished the sprite animation I started yesterday. See below. More music. With my remaining five minutes of the hour, I did 5/8 elemental equipment effects. One per minute? I was pleased with my rate. However, I haven't tested any of them yet.... I'm like 80% sure though that when I do test them, it will be fine.
