Monopolo Wise: More 3P & 4P stuff! Getting really close to see 4 people walk on screen for the first time! Trying to get this done before the end of the week. Of course I'll show a movie when it's done.

ME Wise: Did two updates, still major reformatting to be done. But I added our site to my bloggy along with screenies. :P

- In the fashion of anything made in software ever the new class system had bugs. And then there were the bugs that came up when the first bugs were fixed (my fault but I'm going to blame Rm2k3). So now class changing work properly (for the time)!

- Slash the first area's power enemy's HP by about 100 so they don't last so damn long. It makes most of the solo fights trivial but when they show up in force the player won't get raped (as badly).

- Increased the HP gains of the four first classes by about 20-40%. Gives the player more staying power (especially against PEs) and the characters will outgrow the first healing items sometime before the second boss.

A new bug just screwed over my playtesting save. It would screw up the growth rates of characters by giving level gains to one character after a class change. >:(
crap the first boss is a pushover I suppose I should adjust him.
Adjusted health and magic. Fixed shop. Adjusted Boss. Still some bugs but I got bored of fixing stuff.

Anyways, let me be the first to say

I AM FUCKING EXCITED!
Right now I'm trying to lower my soundtrack from 59 to 38 songs to save memory. So in the procress I'm changing all the songs, the new tracks kick more ass!

Also later I'm doing the turn order for 4 players, and over the weekend work on the new boards: "summer" "gw & rmn" "ibm" "marble" and such other ones. :)

Focused on removing any dependence on the RTP. When I started the game I did this for any game assets besides battle animations and sounds so I'm copying any battle animation graphics and any sounds used into the game directory.

One minor extra is doing some quick file size reduction. The battle animations files have a lot of empty space that's doing nothing so I'm cutting the fat to save a whole handful of kilobytes that compressing the game would deal away with anyways
Reworking the landing codes for properties & buildings. To make it easier to fit 3P & 4P into! :)

Finished the turn orders. One event has 100 switches of turn order madness! :o

Time for a massive rebalance!

The second area regular enemies get the player to level 10 without too much hassle which is too high for my intentions so now the cost of reaching the higher levels is going to go up!

The ideal goal is 4-5 levels per area after PEs. I got 5 well before PEs so now its time to restart again! Ya~ay!

Weird last couple of days, with work's out of whack times, people taking days off, things to do at night...I haven't had much time to do anything, and yet...it's not my fault, although I keep reminding everybody of the freaking deadline, jesus. Anyways off to work for at least a couple of hours before I have to go to the store and fucking bag sugar that is on sale for idiots. "You have sugar?" ::)

Damn! I have seven more steps left, although only 2 of them will take a bit.

Okay! But what about beta-testing? I only need like a week, I dunno about Hero's Realm...it's a lengthy game, might take awhile, but I still think you'll win this race. :P
