HIGHLANDER'S REALM ("D&D" FORUM RPG)

Well, I had to do a few rewrites due to incidents, but oh well, here it is!

-----Turn 20-----
Chloe waves her staff and shouts a word of magic, which wroughts water into Aldus’ space and just in front of Enna. 4 bats are covered in water and fall to the ground, their wings too wet to fly. The water spreads throughout the hallway and slowly flows down the hall. Aldus, after being doused, cough a bit of water up, thus casting Implant memory on 5 bats. These 5 bats have the memory of a delicious meal. 4 of them realize they’re still hungry and that they couldn’t have just ate, while the fifth realizes something similar, only that it didn’t get it’s fill and tries to fly back to the non-existent carcass. Leara, Agnelia and Aldus get an attack of opportunity. Enna steps next to Chloe and tries slash at a bat flying around, while Agnelia attempts to swat one out of the air. They both miss. Luckily, Leara begins a kickass tune that starts to hype things up, the bats start to get agitated by the sound.
The rest of the bats all try to attack the party by wildly thrashing their wings and trying to bite!
Two bats thrash at Chloe, their wings flailing and missing her, however one launches itself and (critical hit!) bites down hard on her groin! She cries out and bends down in pain, the bat hanging on desperately. Enna tries to get the bat off Chloe, however another bat’s wing (critical hit!) hits her ankle just right, damaging a tendon! The rest of the bats flail ineffectively at Leara and Agnelia.

The Ulak’Lai begins to greet the human when he feels an extra-planar presence, something he’s far too familiar with.
“Hold on… that feels like…”
The human looks worried.
“What? What are you talking about!?”

The half elf starts to sneak by when she stops and her spine shivers. An agent of Deisk has arrived and is looking for her. She looks back at the duo, who are looking around in fear. Suddenly the human begins to hold her chest in pain, while the Ulak’Lai slowly backs away. The human’s skin begins to melt away and a demon stands where she stood. It’s head slowly looks up and the Ulak’Lai’s eyes contort in fear.

Some kind of Demon is standing in front of an Ulak’Lai! They are both unaware of the Half-Elf.

Chloe takes 8 damage from a bite to the groin!
Enna takes 3 damage from a wing to the ankle!
Leara, Agnelia and Aldus get an attack of opportunity on the fleeing bat!

Nuh-uh!

Some kind of Demon is standing in front of an Ulak’Lai! They are both unaware of the Half-Elf.

I'm sure you'd rather use this to your advantage instead of getting their attention, yes?
(Also, you can deduce form this that the demon is not facing you, so you can't look into it's eyes.)

Also, the demon speaks to the Ulak'Lai:
"You... you look DELICIOUS!"
The demon is about to attack.

Yeah, you're in the mines, they're in the woods outside the mines. No way you can know as of now.

Frogge, the only weapon you can attack with is your fists, which have 1d4 damage + strength modifier. For your damage, I'll give you a 4 instead (+2 thanks to strength) for a total of 6 instead of 7.
You can upgrade your unarmed strikes through passive skills you might learn if you want to go unarmed, or if you want a weapon I'll have you find one.

-----Turn 21-----
All the bats dry up enough to start trying to get back in the air.
Chloe eyes a bat and brings her staff down, cracking the thing’s ribs. The bat coughs and falters in flight, but still lives. Enna gashes another bat that that was flying in her face and it falls to the ground, unmoving. Leara ends her performance prematurely to swat at a bat, cutting it in half. Angelia whips a bat, which evades most of the damage that would have been dealt by blocking with it’s wings. Aldus looks around and marvels at the world around him, mumbling about it and thus casting chaotic summon. From the ground a shadowy-blue crab, big as two heads, emerges. Immediately it tries to defend itself from a bat, skewering it on it’s pincer. A nearly transparent shield forms around Aldus.
A bat tries desperately to bite Enna once more, however Enna is wise to this attack pattern and easily parries the bat. However, while this happens another bat comes from behind her and bites her shoulder-blade, shredding more of her armor. Another bat’s wings whack Leara ineffectively. However, a bat flies at Chloe and chomps on her waist, the shock of which causes Chloe to go unconscious. The bat begins to drag her up the slope with her in it’s jaw.

The demon’s saliva splashes about as it charges the Ulak’Lai. The Ulak'Lai punches the demon in the chest and a rib cracks, however the demon is still charging strong, as if unfazed. Then, from behind, the demon is struck in the head by a magical bullet, whose impact causes the demon to fall to it’s knees. The Ulak’lai sees a robed women with a hand cannon before the demon gets up and claws at the Ulak’Lai, cutting him on his ab.

Enna takes 4 damage! Her AC is reduced by 1!
Chloe was knocked Unconscious!

Bat 1 took 1 damage from a whip!
Bat 3 was skewered!
Bat 4 has fled completely!
Bat 5 took 5 from a staff to the body!
Bat 6 was cut down!
Bat 7 was cut in half!

The demon took 6 damage from a punch to the gut and 7 damage from a bullet to the back of it’s head.

Froggmin takes 5 damage from a claw! He must make a constitution save.
Falith is no longer hidden.
