I've been working on my game and ive notice something alot of the sunbeam resources arent transparent....how do we use these?

Game Design & Development is if you want to know what would be a good application for lighting effects for visual, aesthetic or technical reasons and such.

If I understand your problem right, you may need to set the setting to "add" - otherwise it just plops down the whole non-transparent picture.
