Yeah, I think it would be better to think it over a little, Kloe, and come to a logical decision. That being said, Jeroen_Sol, Kloe - think about where the discrepancy is and how that might be an important clue. -o-

It definitely is frowned upon. I don't think anyone has ever been modkilled for it, but let me explain.
Whatever team you're on, be it Town or Mafia, it is very detrimental to self-vote.
If you're town, you are the ONLY person you know, with 100% accuracy, is town.
If you vote for someone else, yes, there's a chance they're town, but there will always remain a possibility that they are, in fact, scum. If you vote for yourself, you will know there is a 0% probability you voted for scum. This always makes it better to vote for someone other than yourself, even if you're not sure. This is especially true in a game like this, that has no town with special powers inherent to their role.
Obviously, as scum, it is even more detrimental to self-vote, as there are far fewer scum than there are town, so survival should be each scum's top priority.

I can't find where Libby contradicted the voting rule. All I can find is the vote or die clause in the OP. Any other mention of voting was her retconning the rule saying we couldn't disclose who we'd be voting for (which I never interpreted the original version of that rule like that until people started saying it was confusing.).

Catching up on these posts is a pain.
So since you want an explanation as to why my posts have been a bit sparse, it's because my last post was close to the time I head off to bed (around 12:00 AM, I'm in PST) and right now I just woke up and took care of some chores/work outside of this game. Also the fact that there are 70+ notifications on this means I have to take time to catch up. >_<

It's how the game is played. It's why CAVE_DOG_IS_BACK would always say he was a serial killer. Trust me, you're never going to play a mafia game where you don't lynch town.
Unless you played that Phoenix Wright game where we got all scum on the second day phase after voting the previous day failed to hammer, but that was a fluke. One townie did die in that game, but not from lynching.

Thank you for reminding me how terrible I am at this. xD
I think that more or less happened because Puddor and I had free reign to talk without having to worry about being second guessed. That might have made us a teensy bit overpowered.

I think it was MrBlue in the pub with a beer bottle! Am I wrong... Um...
Anyway, if we're not sure, just all vote one person, it'll minimize our losses. Question is who? I mean we have no idea at this point, accusations and guessing is all we have and we only want one good person at most to die as a possibility.

I sent my vote in for Isrieri a long time ago, soo... :P
But anyway, I'm still keeping an eye on pianotm. It's true that my accusations are often kind of baseless, there is little to go on with the first day in general and the only causes of suspicion really comes from "not talking much," which can go both ways and isn't really viable as evidence for being scum as a result.
As for pianotm in particular, I'd like to ask why people are NOT suspicious of him? After all, the moment I made my second post, which even I kind of thought was sort of a dumb, generalized accusation, he made a bit more of an extensive push to draw attention to me than anyone else so far. That, too, can be a scum move to distract others while the real crook gets off easy.
Um... I don't know I just guess I didn't really suspect him in the first place and nothing recently seemed wierd either. How long left? (I need to sleep and consider my vote and send it in before sleep then school)
