how's progress, am i a mod yet?
There are still games and users, so kentona seems to be keeping us out.
Anyways I did a 9km walk the other day, climbed a small mountain today. Gotta get back into the barbell curls now that I'm at home.
I just found out that my university tuition pays for a Jiu Jitsu dojo in town, so I'm going to check that out tomorrow/this week. And considering I don't pay tuition, it's effectively free, which is dope.
Also, I'm hoping to break 250 lb Bench Press, 300 lb Squat, 300 lb Deadlift by the end of the summer, and I'm making pretty good progress on that!

Oh man, I know how this goes all too well. I have a job where I just... sit all day, and that's it. I come home and I just... sit again! I don't necessarily have a bad diet and I don't even really eat that much, but I'm still a big guy just because I don't do much. I'm pretty much just lazy.
At least I'm walking home from work each day, which is 35-50 minutes depending on which route I take. Walking to work is hit or miss when I attempt it, since about 20 minutes of it is uphill, and that much uphill when you're a big guy and it's 6:00 AM are an unpleasant mix!
A few years back, I lost like 30 pounds in one month by doing the most ridiculously simple thing imaginable. I just rocked out to my music for about half an hour each day. I wouldn't even call it dancing, though it was close to it. Just getting really "into" the beat and just letting my body move however it felt like responding, kind of like if you were at a rock concert. It's crazy how much weight you can shed by doing that, and plus it's fun! I mean heck, who doesn't like rocking out to music? Do it for prolonged periods here and there, get physical when you do it, and you'll see results from it. I gotta start that up again myself since I really want to lose some weight (lost nearly 50 pounds the year before last, but then it all came back and it's been that way ever since), and it's way more fun than sit ups, push ups, etc.

10 KM jog/walk today, averaged 16 minutes a mile. Need to get into better running shape! That hill was brutal and higher than I thought it'd be!

They told me I was mad when I said I was going to create a spidertable. Who’s laughing now!!!

Well, I'm certainly doing a shitload of walking lately now that my bike blew a tire. Let's get back on track with my exercises. Esp after my massive booze binge on my bro's bachelor party.
I recomend you doing circuits of that 1 hour per day. I do like 16 pushups+jumps per day and more things over one hour. I hope the Best for you.

Can't manage a full workout at the moment, but I wanted to brag that I'm back up to 25 lbs on my squats! :DDD
Now that I'm back home I drive aprox 30 minutes with the bicycle daily, also, is it weird for me to able to do 100+ squats before getting tired, but 20 push ups kill me?

Sounds like you work your legs a lot more, so no, that's not weird at all.

That's the funny part, I don't exercise at all. I did try a set of exercises for some time, but after 2 weeks my lazy side got the best of me. >.>
30 minutes of bicycling is considered exercise, I believe.
Any physically strenuous activity done for 30 minutes is exercise.

Just run around mindlessly with pokemon GO while you dodge cars and trespass in peoples backyards for a Snorlax.

Darebee's an entirely free site run by fitness professionals which offers guides to effective programs and diets. I've been using them for 2 years and lost around 55 pounds and built a lot of muscle.
The programs offer variation, adjustable levels to keep you challenged regardless of your personal level and has great tips on staying motivated and eating the right stuff.
Anyone who finds themselves "quitting too soon:" It's about routine. When you've formed a routine out of the exercise, it's automatically a lot easier to keep up. It usually takes us about a month to form a routine of something, so if you can keep up for that period of time it should get easier.
