GAME LEGALITY

Anyway I was pondering this last night but what is the verdict on other forum games being hosted here. What I mean is a forum project that is passed from one member to the next type of thing. The name of the forum is in the name of the game so in other words is this considered as advertising or is it fine to post up here?
