Location: The trainyard, and the Wild Wilds in the West
Situation: You work for Steam Ahead Co., the railroad building company. You've been sent to look into a disturbance up the track.
Goal: Remove the problem, and continue the construction of the railroad.
You are all co-workers. Natural Enemies amongst the group does not apply. You must work together to solve this problem.
Intro:
The rhythmic thumping of a train engine prods the still country air. A gorgeous meadow lay across the landscape, severed by the gaudy stitching of a train track. It lay behind the train engine, and ahead, being laid down by large mechanical arms.
The train has a happy-go-lucky face, and just behind the coal cart sits another with pre-made track segments. Every few feet, the train engine reaches back and shovels another track segment in front of itself, moving continuously forward.
All should have been well. The train was scheduled to arrive in Mountain Town, across the Wild Wilds in the West on Wednesday.
The train did not show up.
All this information was laid out to the group of misfit train yard workers.
In front of the group is a bulldog foreman. The bulldog wears a white dress shirt with the sleeves rolled up. This is Mr. Sezeso.
"Got all that, you mugs?" Mr. Sezeso clenched his teeth around a cigar that was filling his small over-heated office with smoke. "The train's gone off the rails! Or somethin's up. Get out there, and get to the bottom a' this before I lose any more money!"
With that, he instantly shoves all four workers into the train yard. Promptly the door to Mr Sezeso's office slams shut.
The train yard is a large area where tracks are stacked up, spare train engines and cars sit idly, shovels, pick axes, and anything you'd expect to find would be. You can gather supplies, investigate your workplace, or attempt to gather more information or help from Mr. Sezeso.
When you're ready, set off down the tracks towards the Wild Wilds in the West. How you get there is up to you!

So is there a specific order that we have to post in? Or does whoever's online just do something each turn?
Anyway, I attempt to see how heavy the tracks are and if I can carry them.

So is there a specific order that we have to post in? Or does whoever's online just do something each turn?
It would be a round robin IRL, but considering everyone's varying availability, let's just say that each Turn (in between my posts) you all get 1 post.
Once all players have posted, I will post to resolve the actions/questions, and then you all can post again.
If someone ninja's someone else's post, feel free to edit your post to accommodate.
Burst back into Mr. Sezeso's office with my hand to my forehead and udderly defeated posture like so:
Then say, "Oh, Mr. Sezeso, however will I get to the disturbance if you do not provide transportation? Surely you dont expect me to hoof it! And you left us all udderly in the dark!"
(idk if I needed to roll for persuasion or some such I realized I had skateboard ut figured it'd be too slow - and gotta save that bag for later!)

To lift something heavy, attempt a Pick Up Heavy Thing check. If you roll your score or under with 2 six-sided dice (2d6), you succeed. If you fail your roll, you fail to lift it and cannot attempt another roll.
Be truthful in your rolls. Unlike regular RPGs, in Toon (this game system), failing is half the fun!
Pianotm / Flower
The workplace is as Flower remembered it. Unenjoyably dry, and unimpressively rectangular.
The yard was about 2 or 3 acres lengthwise and around 1 acre across in the other direction. Various lengths of track metal are piled up vicariously here and there. There was a pile of tools near the train shed. The shed itself was for train maintenance, though it was infrequently occupied. On some tracks leading out of the yard sat a couple train engines and cars. Extra machines and lots that were not scheduled for deployment. In the opposite, far back, corner of the lot sat a pile of wooden beams that the grass threatened to swallow.
A set of mechanical arms ending gloved hands were idly resting above the maintenance shed. To the south sits a large gated fence; the fence surrounds the train yard except for where the track leads out.
Behind you is the yard manager's office. A vent on the side of the small building is puffing with cigar smoke.
To see any more details that may have eluded you, attempt a Hide/Spot Hidden check. If you roll your score or beneath it on 2 six-sided dice (2d6), you succeed, if not, you fail.
Be honest with your rolls, because in Toon, failing is half the fun!
Gourd_Clae / Moodonna Funbags
The door to the boss man's office opens with no hitch (though if it were locked would require a Break Down Door check!) and before Moodonna is the disgruntled face of Mr. Sezeso. Not one to enjoy disturbances, he rolls his cigar from one cheek to the other.
"What! Am I payin' yous to complain, or to get things done?! You want tools, goes and find 'em! Yous want transportation? Goes and find it!" he barks.
Attempt a Fast-Talk check to get any further in this conversation. Roll 2 six-sided dice and compare the total result with your Fast-Talk skill. If the result is the same or lower than your skill, you succeed. If not, you fail. Failing is half the fun in Toon!
(Also Bag of Many Things is your power. You can use it whenever you want!)

I don't exactly get what I'm supposed to do. Just roll a 2d6 dice? In that case, I got a 6. This is also what the site says:
Roll(2d6)+0:
4,2,+0
Total:6
If I did something incorrectly lemme know.
Edit: oh wait I get what you meant by ''your score''. I thought you meant, like, ''roll two d6 dices and if the second one is the same as your first score then you win''

"If you want the job done right it would behoove you to help me out a little! what kind of higher authority, are you?"
I rolled a 9 in fast talk compared to my 7 in fast talk. I failed XD

Pianotm / Flower
Your Hide/Spot Hidden skill is 5. 3 is a success!
Flower slithered a little ways into the train yard, and then remembered something from orientation: The dynamite shed! Rarely did they need that explosives, but maybe this time...?
The dynamite shed was tucked in behind the maintenance shed, and quite small. Small enough for a mouse, or sea serpent. Considering the size of the boss man, it made some sense...
Frogge / Princess Kenny
Your Pick Up Heavy Things skill is 4, and 6 is too high. Fail!
The big metal piece of track is double or triple Princess Kenny's height. However, what the hey? Hefting the metal beam into the air, it seems like no big deal--until the beam comes crashing down, clocking Kenny on the head, before falling to the ground, dealing 1 damage.
ZONK!
Maybe... best leave these to the giant mechanical arms... ouch!
Gourd_Clae / Moodonna Funbags
Mr. Sezeso wrinkles his eyebrows a little, and huffs and puffs on his cigar. At last, he stamps his hands on his desk (which has a map of the Wild Wilds in the West on it, Moodonna notices).
"You work for me! Does I look like a taxi service to yous?! Use yer brains, knucklehead! Now, get a moove on!"
After a moment, Mr. Sezeso grabs the map in haste, and shoves it into Moodonna's arms.
"...Here, don't say I's don't never do nuthin' for yous."

I kick that stupid metal piece o' track in anger!
Moving forward, I suggest everyone includes a 2d6 roll with each post. That will skip a 'resolve' turn, and we can just barrel forward faster. Faster = Better.
Each post, include your 2d6 result, and I will figure out how to apply that.

moving on, I try to pull out a limo complete with a chauffeur from my bag: 6
rip ready for that 27 headed snake with stripes

rip ready for that 27 headed snake with stripes
Frogge / Princess Kenny
Frustrated with the darn track, Princess Kenny winds up and attempts to kick it while it's down. And misses!
FWOOOP! GONG!
His foot flies over the beam so fast, that he tumbles in the air, spinning his whole body, and making him land on his head!
No damage.
+1 Plot Point, for making me laugh!
Pianotm / Flower
The serpent makes quick to the dynamite shed. All over the shed are signs! The signs are easily read by the serpent. They say;
"DANGER!"
"BEWARE!"
"CAUTION!"
"WHOA THERE, PARTNER!"
"DON'T SNEEZE!"
The warnings are sufficient to allow Flower access to the shed, without it blowing up!
You now have "Dynamite" in your possessions.
Assume that you picked up exactly as much as you need for the entire adventure.
+1 Plot Point, for finding the dynamite
Gourd_Clae / Moodonna Funbags
After leaving the boss man's office, with Map in hand (added to your Possessions), it is time for Moodonna to get a move on.
She reaches into her Bag of Many Things, trying to find that good ol' limo and driver she stuffed in there the other day. With her arm elbow-deep into the bag, she finally feels what she thinks is her car, and pulls it out.
Ta-Da!
A Stagecoach (with 2 drivers, and 6 horses. The drivers are penguins in tuxedos) is now before Moodonna!
