Demonlord, how would you even know that it doesn't show a message? Also I don't know why you think Pianotm is "basically confirmed town" just because a vigilante tried to kill him.

Also Cavedog lol, saying "I ALREADY HAD TOWNREADS ON BOTH OF YOU" like you're the only player here whose opinion actually matters. That's some incredibly honest and from-the-heart narcissism that makes me think you're probably town.

I do think my hand was kind of forced too on the claim, because everyone would have been questioning me when lockez didn't get a message the next day. To be honest I wasn't sure what to do there except claim.

Demonlord has roleclaimed and Jeroen has confirmed. Scum would bus. Why? Because if one dies and flips scum, then you've got both scum. They're town. Pressing them is counterproductive and detrimental.

cap_h

cap_h makes mistakes is his narrative re: other players often (for example, saying that I voted a bunch of people day 1, and that his case on me was 'super strong') but i dont see this as a scumtell because he's pretty consistent in how he does it. like, I think the dude is just making mistakes and not deliberately trying to form scum narratives.

hasn't made a lot of posts in the thread, but what posts he has made I have liked. i just copied down this one on day 1 and then made no more notes for him.

Can't tell if genuine misunderstanding or just a sick burn, but I like it.

Somehow LockeZ's vote on Muffle is "so scummy", but the other ones in this game (none of which have good reasons behind them either) aren't. Your aggressive vote feels way more scummy to me than LockeZ's.

a lot of muffle's posts are overwrought and overly defensive. it's actually really rare that muffle puts out a scumread on anyone.

Gourd is acting real suspicious cracking all those jokes and trying to suspect everyone. Trying to accuse Ozzy for roleplaying and LockeZ for saying not to accuse everyone on day one.

I vote to lynch Gourd as well.

I wish I could say this is a trick to make me take my eyes off of you, but this actually makes much more sense than the flimsy reason you gave me as well as it's very LockeZ-esque. that said, i read her reaction to gourd's death, and the guilt and defensiveness therein, as real. so despite all that, i lean town on her. she should make more scumreads though.

despite what some hypothesized, i did not care about lockez talking about bold-lettering in PMs and how you should not discuss it. that is unrelated to the following, though.

as i said in the beginning, lockez felt different than he did in his scumgame six months ago. as i also said, that was six months ago.

It's like, we're on day one, you don't need to rapid fire off three different reasons for a vote that you didn't even make but merely suggested to other people. That's definitely "methinks thou doth protest too much" level defensive.

I'm actually moving my vote back to Gourd because I think it's actually a good vote, unlike Muffle, whom I was just prodding (with very sharp knives).

from the offset, this reason for voting gourd never made any sense, because the things gourd was saying weren't actually reasons to vote someone. Gourd even pointed this out later. I don't like that lockez just left his vote there and never really interacted with gourd again or rebutted him or anything.

he is also posting some really bad ideas. unsure how i feel about him now.

He's canceling his cap_h vote there. So cap is not an actual scumread, so, in reality, gourd is his top scumread, but also not good enough to warrant a vote, still.

I don't suspect anyone enough to warrant a lynch vote, my votes till now were all just to test the waters. Although Gourd does rub me off as suspicios, he's not suspicious enough to warrant a lynch imo. I should check who started the narrative against Gourd as I find this entire bandwagon against Gourd very suspicious.

I find Demonlord's claim of being targeted and his interaction with piano's claim very suspicious. First he just says he was attacked and as soon as someone else came out about having being attacked and giving more details about their flavour, he instantly added that he was attacked similarly (flavour wise of course). That would be the perfect way for scum to try and paint themselves as a target and therefore as town. If both of them were truly attacked, than that would mean that this game would have 3 nightkills plus the lynch, I can't help but see that as incredibly unlikely as that means that each night 3 people would've died (if Gourd would've been alive).

I think Demonlord is straight out lying in order to hide amongst town.

I doubt Piano lied because Demonlord could've contradicted him and tried to build a case against him. I think this pretty much confirms Piano as town, unless they are both scum and didn't target anyone this night in order to pull off their "We've both been attacked" spiel in order to paint themselves as town. Although I see the second scenario way less likely, it should not be dismissed.

The double protector and double gunman stuff is super interesting.

I'm trying to figure out whether a double protector role would help Mafia or Town out more.

It'd be easy enough for two Mafia to protect the same person, not so much Town. What would be the odds of two Protectors, well, Protecting the same person?
