I'm having trouble coherently understand text so please forgive me if I get confused upon pointing anything out. I'm going to try and make these words understandable then post, so please excuse my late posting.

your inner train of thought is what is incoherent. i mentioned nothing about grammar or syntax. scum A wouldn't vote someone that said "I'm scum" when scum A is the voteleader? what?
If he is scum, he would have known I was kidding. To make that vote he'd have to pretend he believed me. He reacted quickly enough and in a believeable enough way that it came across as genuine and not an act. I don't really think that's incoherent.

I don't really feel like looking back to see how often you use this phrase and when but upon first glance it comes across as unusually weak language for you. The fact that it is being applied to psy has my tinfoil hat in flames.

that doesn't answer my question and raises more questions. why would scum not want to mislynch you if you're town. why are you singling those two players out.

I had an urge to point it out, because I found the three players who voted me more suspicious, but the logic of scumplay is different from just bandwagonning on one person.

Gourd looks a lot worse today. There are the arguments that cave and muffle have made, and then now there was that presumptuous scum claim which read as sincere to me. I see no reason to not lynch gourd.
As for the second name...I invoke my right as confirmed town to withhold it until more people have answered that question.

towncred for that. I think at least one of them is capable of faking it, but its an unnecssary effort.
And I like the latest post from gourd (associating me with huni). Psy obviously like it too.
So, I still suspect LockeZ but less than I did, #Lynch Aneko, Psy's trending down but not a whole lot.
I don't know if I would vote Cave or Gourd. Probably not.
It doesn't read as overtly suspicious but this is a lot of town reading. Fits into the theory that you're buddying up to town to avoid being lynched.
I'll leave a vote for cap here. the argument on him is good I think and multiple people seem to like it better than everything else that happened today. I gotta sleep. If I'm lynched in the morning sorry I made a mess. ;w;

People weren't exactly jumping at the chance to lynch you (plus there was a little self doubt on my part mainly bc I made a mess of my case by bickering with you).
the post I vote for cap sounds resigned and that's because it kinda is. It was the best I was gonna get and I was hoping my theory about you was wrong when I cast my vote.

A sincere scumclaim? I don't think any scum would claim scum while there is still a chance the game doesn't get cancelled. At most, it could be a scumploy to get people to think scum wouldn't scumclaim, but that's a WIFOM.

okay, I looked real quick. As far as I can tell you do not ever use this exact phrase during the last game. You do use the word paranoid several times, but my issue was with the qualifying you did.
You mostly use weakening qualifiers on day 1 not near the end of the game.
It's not a big deal either way. examining language is fun?? It'd be cool if I was right! I'll see when the game is over.
Oh, I should probably resummarize my thoughts on everyone! I have a somewhat pessimistic view of how the day will turn out (my death?), but I do have to put some energy into living since it's so close to endgame.

gourd if you are town you need to re-examine your assumptions from the ground up. i am going to do the same. i found your earlier case on psy unconvincing, and you are wrong about me, and we need all four town votes to be unified to not lose the game here so it's going to be really embarrassing if we're both town. I've said pretty much all I wanted to about you yesterday anyway so I'm going to be looking at the others.

I'd really like to get rid of LockeZ. His play style is way too unpredictable. He's always like this too. If he ran a country, he'd just kill and imprison people at random until crime stopped.

Yesterday I said that I thought Gourd and Cave were probably both town, otherwise one of them would have quit their giant five page long argument and redirected the game's attention toward someone else. After thinking about it more, they could just be not noticing that they're playing badly because they're getting really into it, but it's still the best I got. Neither of their arguments about the other sound particularly convincing at all.
What I'm really having trouble picking up is a team. If Cap is scum then I don't know who his partner is because so far I think he's either suspected or been suspected by everyone on different days. And not for... great reasons. I mean, everything so far this game has just been minor hunches, nothing damning, so I can't imagine why scum would have thrown each-other under the bus yet.
I think it would be useful to look for pairs of people who have not attacked each-other.

I was really hoping aneko or huni would have turned out to be scum but I had an idea they might've been town. Before you say SCUM HOW COULD YOU KNOW, this is probably a crappy reason but since there are so many experienced players here I found the likelihood of giving a newbie the scum role was a low chance, unless everyone is new I always thought it was a good idea for a newbie to start out with town. However, that could also be biased thinking on account the owner of the game might have picked a more randomized way.

Right now, if he were wolfing, he could just jump on Gourd on me and ride towards victory. But he's reconsidering players and there's visible process. He scumread gourd yesterday and he comments on his posts without tunneling him.
Gourd's probably town too. I'm still very aware of that slip, but other than that he's posting too much. He was here early today with a totally wrong assumption and he continues to post. I think wolf!gourd would sit back for at least a little while here.
So, waffles are in other 3 players. And I'm very unsure where to put my vote. I'm starting to fancy LockeZ/Muffle for possible early distancing, but I've also noticed psy haven't posted yet and his tone was far from pure.
I would still townread Muffle for her posts, but I think that she's a logical wolf here. And I suspect psy a bit more than LockeZ, but LockeZ and Muffle would fit better as a world.
I just wanted to share my thoughts before bed. They're not organized but they should demonstrate sufficiently where I'm rn.
