I do think no lynch could be a valid choice, the scum can't choose no kill 2 nights running without losing, so no lynch should prevent there being 4 people on the final day.
If we do lynch today, scum will definetely NK someone, which leads us to day 4 where we can chose no-lynch to get our bearings or something. I don't know. I say our best bet is still your Fomar. From all we know, you could be putting yourself one vote away from hammer in order to seem town.

Ah, I was confused like Ivory about Ivory's suggestion of scum being only able to kill every other day, which obviously isn't true.
I recalled that emily in D2 that it's possible for scum to nokill on night. Though it's not mentioned in the rules.
