I suggest keeping a picture of a head nearby for reference when doing these. It will help a fair bit in the placement of features on the head and neck.
The coloring is also pretty splotchy. Try to smooth it out a bit.

A suggestion.
Measure the eyes better. Eyes aren't just smaller because they are farther away - they gradually become smaller based on distance and angle.
I highly suggest looking at some real faces to see how this works.
