I NEED SOMEONE TO DESIGN ME A TITLE SCREEN IF POSSIBLE.

Hello everyone, hope all is well. I'll get right to the point. As the subject said, I need a title screen.... and I'll be honest, I'm not in a position to commission someone, so it will have to be done for free. So if you can't do it because of that, I understand. So here's what I need.

1. It 100% HAS to be 816x624.
2. Here's what I want it to look like. Below is a link to a title screen someone made for me years ago, it was SUPPOSED to be for a sequel to Legacy Saga, but that isn't happening now. So basically, I want that screen idea replicated (make changes if you fell it will make it better) and replace LEGACY SAGA 2 with FATAL FANTASY. Keep the sub title though.
