Not bad for a first night in a long while, plus there were some really nice looking chicks at the pool.
That is the only thing i go to the gym for. :P
ah blitzen... what would this forum be like without you.
Yeah, I'm a pinner bitch. 5'8" and 120 pounds. Thing is, I'm not ashamed of it. I've been thinking about joining a local gym, but I doubt that I'll bother.
Having said that, I walk a lot, and can do some good long distance running.

Lol I need to get one of those!
I hate doing site-ups, but i need to maintain my abs.
When I was in high school, I was a part of the AFJROTC Honor Guard. We marched all over the damn place, but that was the only excersise I got and I ate a metric fuckton of chocolate every day because of my depression (my dad couldn't pay for meds) - so it really didn't help. I graduated at 220 lbs, 5'4".
Going into college, I had a much healthier lifestyle - I had to walk and catch buses to get to school, so I lost weight considerably. There were some days I'd walk for miles just to get out of my mother's house, then I'd find a park, pull out my GBASP and play for a few hours, then walk back. I lost a lot of weight quickly (well, those 9 months were quick for me at least), going down to 150lbs, still at 5'4". Needless to say, I looked a lot better.
Now, I've had a baby. I have saddlebags again, and I'm gaining more weight because Asa and I can never seem to keep our hands off of each other - making another baby! I'm at 100 kilograms, still not grown much at all height wise.
I like to dance with my baby now that she can walk and dance, too. We turn on music and boogie down. I once thought up taking aerobics, but I don't even have the energy to cook a filling meal these days. xD Now if only all the walking I've done in video games equated into real life, I bet I'd have that perfect figure!!

I'm a wirey mofo. 135lbs, 6'0". Thing is, I can bench my own weight plus. So I guess I'm fine for now.

What's your routine, Masamune?
Mondays I do chest and arms
Tuesdays I do shoulders
Wednesdays I do Legs
Thursday/Friday/Saturday I party hearty. ;D
Yikes! That's not the best routine.
First off, lifting on three consecutive days is not really good news, because you're not giving your muscles enough time to relax and recover. The best setup tends to be Mon/Wed/Fri.
Secondly, you're making the common mistake of dividing your workouts like CHEST DAY ARMS DAY LEG DAY and so on and so forth, which is incorrect because your muscles don't function like that, they're not independent from each other. Muscles complement each other, so your workouts must reflect that. A more logical course (but still not the best, as I'll explain later in the topic) would be a upper body day, and a lower body day, and then repetition exercises.
Also, like many weight lifters, I hope you're not neglecting your back!
Hey, can't argue with my results. ;)
edit: All arrogance aside, you're absolutely right about the back. Dead lifting, Bench Press, Power Cleans and Squatting are the best exercises you can do barbell-wise. Everyone should google the 5x5 program and check it out, it's works wonders.
I am 6'2", 172 lbs with winter clothes on. I have a 31" waist. I probably weigh 165 pounds naked (naked is hubba hubba!!!!!!!). My BMI is 21, which is ideal.
I eat very healthy food. The worst food I regularly eat is vegetable pizza (which is pretty bad but I don't get pizza meats like pepperoni). I cook many nights, and like to make healthy foods. I am especially fond of miso soup. I do not eat much meat but I am not a vegetarian. I eat lots of vegetables.
I exercise well enough. I jog a few times a week, do light workouts with a free weight, etc. I am not interested in muscle mass or having a sexy bod - I am just interested in keeping my body and joints healthy. I have a reasonably lean, healthy look that I am comfortable with.
HOWEVER, I have an image and eating disorder - I see a fat person in the mirror. I haven't weight myself for a few weeks and I was terrified I had gained 20 pounds since last checking, but just now I realized that I haven't changed. I feel horribly guilty whenever I eat food. So, I count calories just to make sure that I get exactly the right amount (to prevent overeating and to prevent my eating disorder from making me starve myself). I do not feel attractive, but can arrive at that conclusion based on evidence.
Do any of you guys feel like this? Like you can't accurately judge your appearance and weight so you have to regulate what you eat and mathematically determine you must look good rather than just know you do? Or do any of you have eating disorders in general (I noticed at least one person mentioned eating, especially chocolate, to treat depression).
You probably have short arms! People with short arms can always do disproportionately well on the bench press.
Protip: Girls never ever want to get hit on or gawked at in the gym. It makes them really mad. They are there to exercise.

Only when I drink in excess, to be honest. That's why I stay away from the drunk munchies and when I'm blitted I try to eat healthier.

That's me in a nutshell. Even when I'm not pregnant, I pound down the sweets to give myself a boost of that saratonin, which is a chemical that works to boost my mood. I was a depressed mess in high school for more reasons than I can count, many of them I've talked about all ready on the forums here. I think when I was pregnant the first time, 1/3 of my diet was straight sweets: ice cream, chocolate, cookies, whatever I baked, peanut butter... the list goes on.
I have an addiction, I crave chocolate, and when I don't get it, I turn into a deranged woman that wants to burn all the random passerby out the window. No seriously, I have actually said "I'm imagining all the people that walk by on fire" in a really hyper voice. You'd think this would make me into an ADHD like crazy person, but no. I don't get hyper off of sweets. I get hyper without them. There is a name for that condition, but I have no idea what it is.
These days, however, I've been curving it off a bit with fruit. Apples and grapes keep me just as happy as chocolate did when I was in high school, and it doesn't even have saratonin. Instead, it's full of natural sugars! Too bad I eat an entire bag of grapes in a single setting, and a bag of apples *which can be up to a dozen* lasts me about three days. Soooo, I guess I have an eating for depression problem after all.

THIS IS TRUE. I did take an aerobics class in college, and we were ogled almost everyday. I kinda wanted to punch them all in the face, but when one offered me a donut... I forgot that I was angry and went off to the park with a donut hanging out of my mouth in glee.
12th Grade
~180lbs, 34", 6'2"
Now
~250lbs, 38", 6'2"
I just got back from the gym and my legs are whooped. Gotta love leg curls.
So what is everyones' favorite machine/exercise? I'd have to say I love the standing calf raise machine.

I'am 5'10' and 145lb. My arms look hella skinny but I used to be able to bench 155lb when I was still in high school. I used to work out a bit before school everyday and took a weight training class once. I got decent biceps now because I used to do shitloads of pushups.
I don't really work out anymore except for rare occasion that I go free running with my friend. We actually made a short video and my friend put it together. I really don't like being on camera so I ended up doing some of the lame stuff.

Since everyone is posting stats and all.
High School
135lbs ish, 32", 5'7
Currently
170lbs, 34", 5'9
I've gained a lot of weight in the course of three years. It's a combination of getting taller, working out, and just gaining mass in general as you get older.
My personal favorite exercise would have to be either chin/pull ups, or the squat. Pull ups because it's one of the best upper body exercises and it's better for your arms than any curl, and squat because it's the best weightlifting exercise period. The squat is unbelievably effective.

Haven't gained much at all since high school. Lowest was 150, highest was like 175.
I'd like to be able to build muscle, but it seems I'm maxed out or something, since I worked out like crazy in the first two years of college.
I guess God rolled me as a DEX-based character.

Actually, no. My arms are wider than my height, which is supposed to be abnormal. Only by an inch or two, but still.

There is a typo in here somewhere... either that or you're very short/have arms that are at least 5 feet wide.
