RTP does seem to be needed. Or will it work if I change that line in the .ini that I can't remember now but that someone (perhaps you) could remind me of.

EDIT: With FullPackageFlag=1 it still gives an error upon startup "system2c can not be opened"
EDIT2: copying and renaming some files gave me the next error in the sequence. "vehicle can not be opened"
EDIT3: copying and renaming some files again made the game run.



New EDIT for New Game:

when I click the play area before all the blocks have fallen down (i.e. before the game "starts") If I choose ignore the game will continue so it's probably some debug code you've left.

EDIT2:
I appeared again when I mass-clicked on the left and right button, it probably has something to do with clicking an area that doesn't contain a cube.

for what it's worth i also had the system2c error playing your (deaconbatistas) game, although i'm pretty sure i have the 2k3 rtp already anyway.

shinan which files did you rename?

Harmony is in the folder. You really shouldn't say that the game doesn't require RTP when it actually does though. (I am guessing that you just need to add system2c and vehicles to some random folder somewhere to get it to work though. Since that's what I did and I got it to work (I just copypasted another charset and renamed it vehicles))

(and I copied and renamed a file in the system folder to system2c and moved it to the system2 folder. I'm not sure what system2 files are supposed to look like...)

I just remember back from when there were a lot of different RTPs for rm2k and whenever it complained about a missing file it would gladly continue no matter what file were there as long as it was correctly named.

Right, I'm not submitting anything so... Instead I'll write you guys who have submitted things each a review.

I couldn't get this done on time. A bit too ambitious, I suppose.
