I think this is in the wrong forum..
Anyways, try to get a template from the stickied topic on the help & requests forum and edit your charset to look like each of the necessary poses.

I wish people put their question in the topic title, and explain further in the actual post. Not the trailing off "how do you..." at the end bullshit.
