CloseWhen my father is sober, I get along with him pretty well and actually hang out with him a little bit. However, half the time he's drunk and it's just a downhill getting along situation from there. Eversince my folks moved, I don't know if he still keeps up this habit of his or not.

I never had the chance to meet my father, so unfortunately I don't have much to say/post in this topic! My uncles/grandfather and other general male figures have sort of helped me out when I needed insight, but I wish sometimes that I had more of it that was meaningful. My mother's had a million and one different boyfriends over the years, but I've never had a very lasting relationship with any of them.

I have a good relationship with my dad. We don't talk too often, but we can always connect fairly easily, and he (and my mom) always have a bed at my place, and me at theirs. He wasn't that good at communicating when I was younger, we've both gotten good at it.

Anywho, I get along well with my dad. He and I are very alike in our personalities, except that I can get laughs out of my "dad" jokes. We play on the same hockey team on Sunday's, too.
I'm a pretty introverted and solitary guy to begin with so as that's a bigger factor to our relationship that anything he does.

my dad ran off when i was 9, haven't heard a peep from him since (nearly 15 years ago). i don't even remember what he looks like~
got a call from the hospital he was at some months ago; he was getting quadruple bypass surgery because his shriveled black heart was starting to give out on him, and i declined to see him. i wonder if he lived!
as a result i tend to hate dudes older than me until they can prove they aren't dirtbags. luckily my mom remarried to an okay guy, so at least my brother can have a decent father figure in his life.

I would say my relationship with my father is pretty good. It's not terrible, but it's not outstanding either. I guess I would say average, but it sounds like the average relationship is worse than mine. Admitted, though, my relationship with my mother is probably better.

Anyway, on topic - two Dads. My Step Father (who I call Dad) is a really great guy, and I like him a lot, but he's a quiet sort of guy, so there's really not much to talk about. My Bio Dad who I also call Dad is a really nice guy in a different way, and we chat and such, but he's also the type of guy to keep stuff close to the chest. All in all we get along fine, but it's not like we're the types to be all "let's go throw the ol' pigskin!" or something. We help each other when we need a hand. That's about it.

Sorta. I can understand and am captivated easily by female beauty, but the idea of being in a relationship and having sex with a girl doesn't appeal to me at all. Now, while, no, I don't find most (like 99%) of males attractive, there is this small niche of boys that I'm interested in. I'm more allured by a certain :3 factor than anything found in girls. That's what I've concluded, anyway.
And just so this is on topic, my dad doesn't believe me. I told him that I like boys and used to have a crush on a boy for like two years and he just went "Oh, you're just young and confused. Take it slow. Don't tell anyone about it. People's sexual orientation can change." Erm...
