WHAT RMN GAME ARE YOU PLAYING NOW?
Posts
oh yeah, i remember, it was reaaally tough, but i really enjoyed the challenge then! (maybe was helped?!) i'm not too "touhou" (is that it?) though. One thing that really helped is : weaken the ennemies, as many as possible (their attack decreases) and not try to kill them one after the other(sure loss), but you probably know that.
Guild Raider!
It's the shit. Review forthcoming. I've been trying to review it for weeks but psy_wombats keep playing "hold off till the next version" on me. Anyone reviews it before I do, imma cut them. I mean it.
Also a bit of Demon's Gate (which has a lot of points of similarity, but is slightly less good based on my experiences with it so far). I am certainly liking it more than the first time I tried it, however!

As I said in my topic - I'm playing and reviewing PHANTASY STAR III2k.
So far, after i got used to some of the out-of-place things, I'm enjoying the game proper.

I'm hoping it's because the first time you played it was the pre-1.6 version. I released the game one day, made some minor bug fix patches, and went back and did some significant bug testing and rebalacing so hopefully that explains why the current game is better than before!
Generica: The Next Generation in preparation for a review. That and I've been meaning to play it for the longest anyway.
I should really try that game too, since it's been on my mind as of late...
Hmmmmm...I guess I could give Vacant Sky a shot, since I'm probably one of the only people here on this board who hasn't played this game yet. It better be good considering all the Misaos it won back in March. ^^

I guess I should replay that.. never really got into it(!)
Like I said, it gets better as it goes on. The first episode is pretty weak, it really only serves as an introduction. There's a lot of foreshadowing too.

It was really good until episode 3. Episode 4 was long, 5 and 6 just dragged on and on. The climax was worth it though. Kind of reminded me of Memento for some reason (fake memories, no idea who to trust, etc. etc.). The best parts for me were the Plunges. Just awesome.
Nothing at the moment, but I would really like to try something sometime during the end of the long weekend, preferably on Monday.
Perhaps, a trip to the archives is what I need! Weeeeeeeeee!!!
