CloseI don't know, I don't think I will ever again see a FF I like as a complete package and not just one or two things done well. I guess after FFX, my die hard fandom ended. If theres another game, I probably would prefer to see the game as how the series used to be, and not reinvent themselves relative to other changes in the gaming industry. Then again, as it would please a lot of old fans, it's maybe not the smartest move for them.
I'm much more excited about FFXIII:Versus. Noctis is badass. The graphics look amazing. I only wish they would give us more info.

I'm playing FFIX right now, I'm starting to think that this is the way to go... again. I like FFX-2 and FF12, yeah, and FF13 is decent, but I'd really like something like FFVI or IX with FFX-2's battle system and job system.
EDIT: You know what, just give me a FFVI 3D DS remake like IV and I am golden (FFV is also okay and probably better-suited to the DS).

I was really hoping that theyd remake FFV and VI to ds because of III and IV, but i guess not.
They got it down pretty well with 13. Ideally, I'd like to see a game with the exploration elements of 12 and the interface, fun factor, and storytelling from 13. Let's see another setting as interesting as 13's was. How about something Victorian? Or steampunk? Or in space? Or horror? That could be cool.
