1.I defenitely need charset(rm2k3) who's
clothes are like Carlos Olievera (RE 3 Character)
Only the clothes..I'll deal with the face.

If you can't make your own sprites, you should settle for what resources are available online. It's not our job to up and do your work for you on demand; we've got our own projects to worry about.

Thats a chara set maker. Its pretty good. You'll need to edit the sprites yourself. I use paint because if you zoom in to 800 percent you can see how the pixels combine together to make the character look good. Plus if you got the gun from the right, left, and front stance you can simply copy and paste them onto your character... but you would still need to edit.
Anyhow, hope that helped even though its not exactly what you were looking for.

Wasn't there something like that which came with the rpg maker program? I swear i remember some character creator thingy when i downloaded bought the program.

Yes there was. Its called character maker 99. Just google it and its free to download so you won't have to st.......buy ::) it.
I know a site you can get a ton of Character sets "If" your still looking ^^ Theres a BUNCH of stuff om here. :3 there is a search thingy on the the screen to XD if u want FF3 stuff you have to type ff6 seeing in how ff6 is the japanese version of ff3..<<
