Well the game isn't really at the screenshot phase yet.
think it is finally safe to at least say i have been working on something...... Been busy with creating a certain battle system. There aren't many bugs, but some of the features seem to hate me
(that is the rm2k3 dbs by the way)

I was too mystified by the VX tiling system that I was unable to make tiles properly, so I just said fuck it I'll use 2003.
I don't know what it is about 2003, but I can play an rtp-only game from 2003 and not bat an eye, but the vx rtp looks like manufacted ass to me.

Sometimes I am tempted to use 2k3 just so I have a game that doesn't have the same graphics as my last four games. But then I don't because access to actual mechanics without having to hack/fight with an eight year old engine outweighs any aesthetic concerns.
