You BASTARD, I was going to post it!! oh well haha. I'm gonna download the trial after I finish downloading Fabl.. a game haha.
It's not really a game demo or a design of a game either...
It is, however, a commercial product in the same vein as commercial games.

Maybe it should've just gone into "General Discussion." It isn't a game demo or design and you really can't classify it as a videogame.
Interesting thing, apparently the "Authentication" system is identical to the one in RMXP. Meaning that your Authorization code from purchasing RMXP will work in RMVX. I haven't tested it, but thats what I hear.

If there were a new version of Torque or Ika were finished and released as a retail product, would you put it under Videogames or Game Design? In my opinion you're trivializing the entire RPGMaker community by classifying RMVX as a videogame.
I think you are taking this way to seriously. And I don't think Video Games are trivial, thus I do not feel that placing this post here trivializes the community.

Yeah well I think you're a JERK >:( >:( >:( >:(
I personally think it's trivial to argue about it. ::) I think this is a perfectly reasonable place for this thread.
Well, I'm downloading the program as we speak.
By the way, from the last seconds of movie preview, I say 3D battle scenes made
by RGSS2, if anyone know how to, please tell me... That's awesome, just like FF7.

I don't recall seeing anything 3D in the movies. And having used RMVX, I haven't seen anything in there either.

I think he/she means when the blue robot thing attacks in side view, on the PR video, its around 2:46. Its not exactly in full 3D or anything, looks cool if you could do it.

It's not 3D. Just a huge spritesheet dumped from a 3D Modelling program.
