Ok i saved it in .jpeg
Its a hand holding a sword.
I tryed my attempt at shading (FAILED)
but i think the overall hand and sword are ok.
But i wont to know what youse think.
and any advice you can give me for future drawings i do on the computer

That's not really where you would hold a sword. It should be closer to the forearm, held in the palm with fingers around it there.

Use this as a reference!
The fingers. Don't cut them off, and remember-- humans have things called knuckles. =)
And, please use something other than MSPaint if you want to save it as a JPEG. Adobe Photoshop is good at creating high-quality JPEGs.

It's actually good for something made in paint though.
actually, a large number of the pixel artists here and other places use paint. some seriously amazing stuff has been made in ms paint. it's only a 'crappy tool' if you let your initial impression of the program limit what you do with it. i used paint for years and turned out some pretty good stuff before i moved on to photoshop.

its not usually the tool that's crappy, it's the person using it. plus there's the tool your using to control the tool(mouse vs tablet)

You CAN make awesome things with MS Paint. I use it for editting RM2K chipsets. However, it depends strongly on the artist, because better programs can make things easier for beginners.
Oh, and the Mona Lisa was made in MS Paint. Obviously. =)
