Not really a music expert but feedback would be nice! <:3c

@Jude I get nostalgia vibes all over your tracks ;_;

@Jude: You have definitely improved since I listened to your stuff last time. I like that boss track. Not that the others would be bad either. I like the echo pattern in Final Boss track, but I think it might sound better in higher notes.

@Ness: Didn't know you compose Ness! The melody instruments starting from 0:17 onwards could stand out more. Also, the song seems to be too much left-panned. Try spreading some sounds to right. You could move the guitar towards right, for example.

Here's something pretty simple I finished today: http://soundcloud.com/800mph/casual-poverty
@Jude:
Boss Battle
Wow. You're boss track is very well constructed! I definitely like the echo feel you have spread throughout the piece. My favorite part has to be the very fast playing synth that you have sneaking it's way in and out of the piece at 1:29.

Wagner
Really nice track! Has a modern feel to it! One thing I was thinking of, with the triplet synth, instead of having it play straight, perhaps have it fade out? It would give a very nice effect, and also let the main melody stand out more. Kind of like this(I have no idea how to imbed the little rectangle players into a message. If someone could teach me, that would be awesome!):

Aside from that, this was also a good track.

Final Boss
This is a very interesting track. It has a ferocious, no b.s. vibe to it, and it isn't all crazy, orchestral, choir lung blaring explosions. I really do enjoy this track. Although it doesn't give the kind of push that I would expect from a final boss battle, I would love to see it in action.

Ending
Very cute tune. I don't have much to say about it. I think it fits the description very well. I do like the kick and the bouncy feeling it has when paired with the bass.

Long story short, PLEASE let me know when this game is coming out, because I would play it for the music alone.

@Ness:
I would definitely agree with Happy on a few of the positioning effects. Some things sound very far away (like at the beginning of the piece), panned in the center, and near the end, it all felt very compressed. Try spreading things out a bit more. The composition is great (is that you on guitar?). I think it is the EQ'ing and balance that need to be looked at the most on this track. But it is very good!

@Happy:
That link doesn't take us to your song. You probably copied and pasted the link that only you can see when you are logged into your account on soundcloud.

Oi. So I've been lacking in the electronic department, so I've been coming up with some stuff.

I could hear this being played in an abandoned spaceship that a player is wondering inside, or perhaps a spaceport.

Awakened Energy

This one I picture being played on a spaceship that has been abandoned and is drifting out in space all alone. (Perhaps the music that plays before you board the abandoned spaceship as you see it drifting in the cosmos.)

Lost In Space

These are both works in progress, but I would be using both of these as examples to show others my style in electronics.

Christopher Duong, a shortfilm director, asked me to compose a track for his fan trailer of The World End Withs You, this is the link to the public video.

I made this yesterday. First time I've arranged an existing song before, so that was challenging. I'm not satisfied with it yet so I'll probably revisit it again tonight. The trumpet can be a bit much during some of the high notes.

Pretty awesome job on that arrangement Jude O_O

So long as we're posting remakes of stuff that already exists:
This is very very old.

Sorry.

Thanks. I'm trying to do things other than chiptunes now, and learning quite a bit in the process. Recently I've tried orchestrating some Necropolis tunes:

Your beat sounds familiar--I may've heard it in a rap song or something--but I don't know exactly what it's from.

I like the music Jude made, it reeminds me my childhood :) By the way, what soundfonts are you using? I would like to use them to make a medley of Ninja Gaiden or Sunset Riders someday hehe.

Regards!

I have been very busy! Just sharing with the community :)
This one is for a video game about races, kind of Mario Kart and such.

Hello guys :P I am still fairly new to composing, but i will leave this here

@Felipe_9595: That's... pretty cool. The image weirds me out though, lol. I listened to a bunch of your tracks on some Spanish site, they were fairly good.

Still practicing wit this whole music thing, but I may be getting the hang of it. Tell me what you think!

Lazily made music for sad frogs.
Here's something I worked on for an hour or so today called "Bright City Day".

It's a bag of fun. Not a big bag though. Average sized.

Hi all I'm Alex, thought I'd share some cool SNES stuff me and my friends have been working on.

I've been making a series called SNES Generation mixing modern game songs into SNES tunes using soundsets that fit the games.

There's some other SNES stuff on my youtube if that interests you, feel free to check it out.

I'm a part of a group starting out called SNESology that wants to makes new SNES tunes and build SNES soundsets eventually. Check it out these guys are all awesome.

I know it's a bit of a plug but I figured there might be people interested in it. Hope you enjoy :)

Seems like there are many composers on this forum! That is good since this forum has many good RPG maker developers :)

This is one of my latest works.

My newest track, and the only one out of mine that I feel is any good.
