Oh, c'mon guys! This one should be easy... It is indeed set in World War II.
I'll give you a hint. It revloves around the Nazi regime. It also contains fictional elements such as genetically modified creatures and experiments that were conducted by the Nazis... Hope that helps?

I remember this being a good game but man, we have come graphically a long way since the early days of the PS1:

Western-looking game with a harmonica minigame. Uh... Steambot Chronicles? That's the only game I can think of with ridiculous minigames like that...

OMFG I like...I know I've seen that screen before on like home of the underdogs or something. I know it's a quirky (and pretty old) PC adventure game. I just can't think of what it's called.
