Grimps: A Christmas Puzzle is a short puzzle adventure game, made over the course of two and a half week. The goal was to create a short but sweet experience that capture the feeling of old school puzzle games and corny Christmas themed cartoons.
So before you sit down with Grimps put on your ugliest Christmas sweater and grab a mug of hot coco.

Version 1.2 Notes:

Grimps: A Christmas Puzzle have been updated to V 1.2

Changelog:
- Fixed a graphical error where the screen flashed black sometimes when moving between maps
- Replaced an Ice Block with a wall in Level 4. The Ice Block enabled the level to be beat in an unintended way that made it too easy
- Added a game launcher to be more inline with my other games

Happy holidays!

Hello Momeka. Very nice job. I like the Grimps design. They are the bad guys but I like them. I would like to see more of the Grimps.

Hey, thank you. I want to do more Grimps, I'm thinking next Halloween.
Played it. Loved it. Could made a full sized game out of this one. Lots of fun! Also loved the music.
This game felt perfect, for what it is. I especially liked the event movement and custom screen transition. I would write a 5 star review I wasn't so damn lazy(I actually tried).

Thank you! I'm glad you guys enjoyed it.
Honestly you could make a game called Grimps and just do a bunch of different themes like this one. Each world could be a different species under attack and maybe at the end they could all work together to defeat them. Family friendly puzzles are most welcome.

The game worked quite well. I would have reviewed it if I didn't think there was so much potential for this one.

I just felt the need to say that, cause this was such a cozy game.
Cool game! Great graphics and animation, & what is not to love about the epilogue scene over the credits, haha.

Yeah, I think it got potential. But I just really don't like making big games. Usually I get bored half way through and it starts feeling more like work than a fun hobby project.

Thank you, Suzy.
very cute and fun - art, music, everything! even though the boss was kinda difficult... but it could be just me, cause i usually prefer (both rpg maker and other) games i play to be a bit less stressful xD
I really enjoyed this game. It's an interesting puzzle with great pixel graphics.
It would be awesome if the game have more levels and bosses, but even these five definitely worth playing.

Having gotten my first 4/5, I must now work hard to obtain... my second 4/5.

Didn't feel like writing a full review, but I'd like to say that this game is very fun and adorable. Lovely graphics, lovely music, nice little puzzles and just endearing in general.

Thank you, Gregor! Glad you liked it :]
This game is great. Good looking, smooth mechanics, well balanced, very professional overall.
The game has a cute aesthetic, really liked the text bubble animations. I could see this becoming an arcade style mobile game :))
