"No matter what happens, you must never enter the shrine in the mountains."
Loosely based off the horror story A Sick God translated by Saya in the Underworld.
It all started in the summer of 1948. What started as a cruel prank by her classmates quickly turned into a nightmare for 14-year-old miko in training Yasu Kaminaga. Just when all hope seems lost, she meets a strange smiling man named Shin who claims he's the god of the shrine.
However, danger lurks around every corner of the shrine. There is a reason it was left to the elements due to the numerous youkai who took up residence there... Will Yasu learn the secrets of the shrine and avoid a gruesome fate or will the truth die along with her?
Characters:
Yasu Kaminaga: Our unlucky 14-year-old protagonist. Coming from a long line of shrine maidens, she's no stranger to the occult.
Shin: The self-proclaimed god of the shrine. Rarely seen without a smile on his face.
Ueno and Yamazawa: Yasu's classmates and bullies. They're the reason this whole mess began.
Mefis: A mysterious crow demon who's taken up residence in the shrine. A collector of bizarre oddities, he seems to be on bad terms with someone.

I'd wager at least a half-hour/hour (unless you have your finger on the shift button for the chase scenes.) If you wanna check out the Bonus Room after getting the True End, that's cool too.
There are three endings in total (True End, Normal and Bad) and all of them are pretty easy to get.

Cool game in general. All the supernatural japanese stuff inside the shrine was very good and had a lot of creepy moments (and without screemers). But in the other hand when we find out all the relations between characters for me, that was the point when It became confusing. Maybe I wasn't playing much attention or felt a little tired because all the previous puzzles and that stuff, I don't really known.
All in all, It is a totally worth playing game and due to all the details It has you have to give it a try. Good game, dude.

Thank youuuu for playing! I don't like screamers either. Personally, I feel jumpscares alone becomes predictable after a while.

I liked the game, but maybe I think it was too short and the chases are really easy xD Also I like Shin and Hisame characters and maybe to improve the game you can put in the game some scenes from their past and their first met. I'd like to see more of your games.

Hey, I really liked this. This was actually a really cute and endearing game. It touched my heart. Thank you for making this game.
This was a really great game! Great plot and the endings were good as well as the bonus room! The characters are well defined, like Shin and the Cr.. i mean Mefis.

im kind of stuck on the doll puzzle ive tried every combination
Take note of the diary entries and the flavor text of the dolls. That's the combo.
"Smiling idiot", "innocent", "the doll she was holding" and "stupid brat wouldn't stop screaming. He knew I was bad news right away". (smiling doll, innocent-eyed doll, doll holding a doll, fearful-looking doll)

short horror game. It was a tad confusing but I liked it, it has the usual cheap deaths and "riveting" plot that most japanese horror rpgmaker games are known for. Lovely.
