Being a victim of the ARCH ULTRA, a secret governmental project, Paul has lost all his memories about himself. Saved by a man named Lucien, he gets involved into a political conflict against his will. He must work for a rebel group who oppose the Architech government in exchange for protection against The Party. Being very lost, he works with a girl named Rosia as he attempts to recall the memories that he lost and learn more about the world that surround him.


ARCH ULTRA is a visual novel set in fantastic cyberpunk dystopia, in a world inhabited by humans, elves and vampires. In a world where democracy is going to abolished in a democratic way, the Helliosians considers themselves as the people who can think critically. Will they manage to convince the public before it is too late?

Important Update

Hi all, I have some news to share about ARCH ULTRA Remake.

I am cancelling the project to remake this game. According to my evaluations, few people would play it as the game is an experience and has little gameplay. As the remake would have been pretty much just a graphical update with minor story tweaks, everyone who has experienced the original had pretty much no reason to look toward this project. I have decided to put my resources and time onto other projects.

In this project, I had planned to include a reworked version of the game Dymunia. But after further evaluation, I think the story is fatally flawed on a base level. If I ever do something in the Dymunia universe again, it will probably take the form of a brand-new game.

As a reminder, the original (and now the only) versions of ARCH ULTRA and Dymunia still remains available.

OMG this is amazing! The plot is really well written, it's obvious that you thought hard about it. Besides it seems the plot is written just for me! I love vampires and political stories, where the government is corrupted!!! I am totally excited to play this! Continue with the good work! >u<

It is! The final release will be titled ARCH ULTRA: Final Act. I have been really hard working to fix all the game flaws and complete the story this summer. I don't know yet the exact release date but it will be likely released in november if not earlier.

Yeah there is multiple endings but it is obly affected by the choice you make at the very end.

I liked the chemistry between Paul and Rosia, they worked well together. I also enjoyed the twists and turns kept me invested in the story.

Although I have some spoilery questions/comments about the game

Lucien seems shady but his motives don't seem clear in this game(playing Dymunia cued me in on his motives) I'm not sure how what he is doing in the present, is he still trying to find the scroll? This scenario feels like what would happen if Stelyvan and Elysys escaped to the other world. Did you cater that ending to this game so they would connect? If you did it would have been cool.

Anyway besides my rambling I enjoyed your two games and look forward what you make next.

ARCH ULTRA indeed follow that ending. As you guessed, this isn't the end of the story of Dymunia and more is likely to come.

I am making similar type of story with my current game, where it is set in towns and there is a mysterious tower in between them. It is also the sequel(sort of) to a game jam game I made a few weeks back.
