-The Lost: Free Demo-

-Story: Embrace The Glowing Fire-

In a desert occupied by several tribes, a mysterious army appears from the south and annihilates anyone in their path. The Briƫn tribe has been destroyed and all hope seems lost. All the other tribes are summoned to the Dokta tribes village to stop this mysterious army. Kaan the chieftain of the Dokta tribe, and their village champion Ragno try to come up with a plan to do this. A fierce conversation between the two could be heard from the outside moments before Ragno storms out of Kaan's stronghold and leaves.

Kaan, firmly believing that the 'Glowing Fire' will help them to achieve victory, rallies the troops loyal to him and leads them into battle. Ragno, on the other hand, leaves the Dokta region and goes north followed by almost all of the other tribes. Only the Nomad tribe that once got saved by Kaan are still loyal to him and stay to fight off this mysterious army. But why, why did Ragno leave and why did the other tribes follow him? Is everything lost, or is there still hope...

New Update

After not having played for a while, I thought let's play The Lost. And the immersion feel wasn't there so... I redid the whole prologue section to urge my needs of feeling engaged again with my own game.

Update notes;
- Revamped the prologue dialogue where I felt it needed it.

Awesome to hear that! And thanks for the compliment. I had a hard time figuring out the CSS coding to make the page look like this. Eager to see some new work from you too!
This looks really interesting, I'll have to test it out later once I get some free time!

Thanks for your nice words! A written guide shouldn't be a pre as the player has a compass that points you towards the main objective and a quest log to keep track on what you could do. Or what did you miss that makes you want a guide?

Having said that, don't let me stop you from writing one! I would love to hear when something like a guide is being made by one of the players.

Thanks again! -DpC-
thanks for the nice words

and the guide is mostly for the boss battle and some things such a some dificult quests
I understand now. For now there are no plans for making a guide as the game is still in Alpha phase with this demo out for feedback purposes and forming a general opinion of the current gameplay.

Once the game enters its Beta phase and eventually be published, I will focus on making extra DLC (side quests) to enrich the game. If people by that time still want a guide I might consider it but at this point I need to invest my time in getting this game to its Beta phase.

If you really can't finish something or need a guide then I don't mind getting a PM from you to try and help you through.
thanks but in anthoer part: the side quest page when clicked in a side quest to see the details is a black square
Proud to announce everyone reading this that the demo has reached a 'finalised' state meaning only minor things will change from this point on that will most likely not be noticed by anyone.

Shortly said; THE DEMO IS FINISHED!

I hope you all enjoy it and let me know through rating or feedback what you liked/not liked about the game!
This looks pretty interesting! I'll give your demo a go tomorrow via stream.
Right on! I love the custom artwork. There definitely needs to be more serious RPG maker games like this!

Thank you!

I just updated the game if you ever care to play it :)
i hope i'm not longer seeing black squares in the full game
I hope so too hahaha! But I do know that nobody has ever since reported what you experienced.

Currently collecting feedback and running through my game and putting out small fixes and upgrades for things. Hope to be done by the end of this month so I can focus on developing the game again.
how i cna fight agaist knowlege? he's kicking my ass
Try killing all the soldiers outside and gaining a level. Search for the chests in the cave that give you stuff that helps out, check the Mezun merchant as he can sell you better equipment. After that, it all comes down to your knowledge of the battle system. You can always set the difficulty on the lowest in the options menu before you enter the fight.

thanks
how i cna defeat the captain of the mountain without letting him using the dark crystal
Pushing the captain into the Ritualist role will give him less defense against melee damage. If Kaan has enough TP he can use his TP skills first and finish the captain off in 1 turn with a weapon skill. Otherwise, it could take more than 1 turn. Letting the captain stay in the Defenders role will make it harder as he will have the highest defense possible of all roles.

But you should be able to beat him even if he used the crystal.
