Yes, you will be back. You will have time later to finish all those side quests :)

I've completed the game a while ago and I'm in the plus version. Now I'm facing the angel in the secret area. However, it's really tough, even after I maxed the seven characters to 99 levels.
Is there any strategy to help me defeating her?

Hi mromar,
I know it's late. But here's your answer anyway.
Trying to defeat these angels is one of the most fun parts of the game (yes, there is a harder angel after that one). There is no need for level 99, around level 50 or so should be enough.
Equipment that will help:
-Ribbon
-Stones (Firestone, Coldstone, Landstone, Airstone)
-Band equipments (Edguy, Within Temptation, Impellitteri, etc)
-Epic Guitar
-Malleus Malleficarum
-Boots of Speed
-Epic armors and shields (use alchemy)
You’re going to need lots of money so open up those packs and sell any items you don’t need. A great way to get money is in the grotto north of Sesidhbana. Those caves pack lots of monsters who drop big treasures (mimics especially). And there is a dwarf upstairs who can buy your items and sells gems.
Preparation:
-Be full hit points
-Have your unique talents ready to use (full bar)
-Buff up before combat with items such as defense, strength, dexterity, haste, and heroic potions, fire, water, earth, ice, stoneskin, pretty much anything you can gulp down. Unholy potions are gold.
-Buff up in the first rounds of combat with defensive spells.
Strategy:
You want to inflict as many conditions on the angel as possible, so hit her with Prismatic Wall, attack her with a Malleus Maleficarum, confuse her, silence her, grapple her, whatever keeps her busy and not giving you hell (or I should say heaven). For damage, you can use deep impact, mix spells, try to score critical hits, unholy spells, or whatever you prefer. That’s it. It should take time and a few tries but it doesn’t get any more complex than that. Good luck on your quest!

Hello :)
I just downloaded the game (I'm really excited to play it too!!) but I get a weird error when I open the game.
I start the game, the screen loads, I can even hear the music but when I select "New Game" I get an error from the bestiary script?
I downloaded the game twice, first from here and then tried again from itch.io but with both files the same thing happens. Help? >_<

This seems to be caused by the patch. Either play it unpatched or apply the patch after you are able to save, thus bypassing new game. Not sure if the has further consequences.
Either way, I couldn't play past the past where you need to make a homunculus because the game always freezes when I leave the alchemy menu.

I need to place the 7 pieces of the seal but i don't know where to put the last one. Can anyone to tell me where the places to put it?

I'm at the point where the demon asks to play chess. Am I supposed to fight him eventually or can I pass by without battling him?? I already surrendered the chess game and I got transported to some kind of place with ruins & I cannot understand where I'm supposed to go... I can see some imps in the lower half of the ruins but there's no path to get there or move out of the current area.. There's a chest and broken pot on the left. Also there's a doorway behind the chess demon, Do I have to go there? I cannot save in this area too.. I might have to load a previous save file... Plz help...
Edit: Is there any logic to the chess game? I don't understand coz the pieces are just bouncing around and it does not make any sense which piece can move where.
Also I'm not sure if this is a bug or not but I can choose actions and directions for the back row chess pieces (ex: castle, bishop etc) but after selecting the direction nothing happens and the selected piece never moves and the opponent continues his turn.. Maybe I dont know how it works or am doing something wrong? Plz let me know. Maybe I'm supposed to go somewhere else entirely?? I'm just stuck at this part...
