As I'm aware that not many found Call of the Archon great, therefore I am doing a completely new version of Call on the Archon, on RPG Maker 2003 and it's proving to be A LOT BETTER.

I am an artist.

Version Info
In this version of Call of the Archon R, there will be a lot more features that the original did not have - for instance, many new skills that can be learned via crystals in the field that can teach an ally new skills.

-A skills rehaul, of enemy attacks, and more. Skills can be learned normally by leveling up, and also from crystals out in the open.

-Newer types of statuses like Armor Break where you're completely unequipped in battle, Attack Lock where you lose your Attack Command, Run Lock where you lose your Run Command, and an "Invoke" status where as long as it lasts (which is 8 turns with a 15% chance of healing), you gain an Invoke command to summon Guardian Spirits in battle, I have also added a knock down status which is very DQ and a tangled status where you can't move, and your DEF is halved for 3 turns with a 15% chance of healing

-Now featuring a script I did, where there is a battle results screen showing current EXP, and current level! Though one problem is that when an auto-event is running, it seems to clash against this script and then goes into the battle results script. Dunno how to fix that problem yet.

-Completely new bosses, and a better storyline, and things to fill in the holes of the story or really just questionable things that didn't make any sense in terms of the first game from a creative standpoint - renaming of characters, and more.

-An interesting function, where before entering a town, you get to see a picture of the town before entering with both a message, and a picture. A game still in production. So far it is 100% better!!!

Regards to Mysterious Aeges/Diabolical Vengeance, but I am not sure if they had originally "done" this game - I have no idea really. It's like the mysteriousness of Danny's Adventure 1 and 2. Who made them - no one knows.

The heroes in this game are now Brian, Gina, Markyl, Melanie, Bartz, Garamonde, Daisy, and Dirk.

I have even began to add Guardian Spirits, they are summons in the game, about three so far;


The Beholder - Causes chaos and wind damage to all enemies, found in the Hawk Rebel Division Fort


Deathly Butterfly - Causes dark damage and a 40% chance of instant death, found in the Desert Crypt


Wasp Knight - Causes earth and wind damage to all enemies, found in a forest nearby Southern Evrixia


Deterioration - Causes water damage that poisons all enemies, found in the Swamp Keep

I haven't played this yet (I'm about to), but regardless of my experience with it, whether I love/love/dislike/hate it. I find the spirit I see being exhibited so admirable -the drive to create- that I wish you the best in any future endeavors
Well I am an artist, an illustrator. Didn't study game design but I just kinda ended up getting decent at it, lots of brain headaches and spatz. Games have been a side interest weird obsession! This one isn't done yet though.
I really love this project. Congratulations
