-Premise-
In a world that is being tainted by an ancient, eight heroes from the heavens must go on a quest to seal the eight spiritual locations of the world, attaining the elemental magic powers of the locations, in order to fight against the great evil, who is trying to become the evil god of the world.

Inspiration
I had seen someone, on Youtube playing an old RPG Maker game on the Playstation, Oasis, and I had an interest in making an oldschool game. Kinda like the RPG Maker Gobli if anyone remembers. So old. Generic though trying to retain classical and clunky elements. I am also doing Call of the Archon on RPG Maker 2003, along with a bunch of other projects. Knowing my record of start project, make progress, then start a new one, we'll see where it goes. Egh.

Nice Things
In this one I had gotten sounds from previous RPG Makers, both SNES versions and the playstation version, and musics to retain the oldschool feel, since RPG Maker 2000's music is
HORRIBLE

It's that bad. I find it immensely difficult to even make a game with such atrocious musics.
I'm trying to get the feel of the older RPG makers a lot more so in Valora.

Recent News, Ideas
I have completed about up to (now) Aquarian Town, where beforehand, you have a 'sidequest' in a way to get legendary weapons! (And they are REALLY strong) Though they are sealed away in Towers, Citadels, and that sort of thing - though the weapons have to be "summoned" via a Sigil through Dwarf Kings. Though I have went to the labor, of creating "newer" RTP - RTP that has not existed in the RTP like for the 'People' graphics, and now some newer RTP Monster sprites and edits done by me, as I am an illustrator. I also have illustrated and edited numerous face sets for character sets that haven't existed either, whilst most people would just make a message with no face set for that "problem", with BG transparency!

I admit these pams give a really nostalgic feel! Really looking forward playing this game!
Not done yet though, coming along. I am now making, a level that is based on wind, but the location is snowy! So I can choose some kind of a dragon for a boss, or a wind like creature.
And by nostalgic, it's using sounds from the SNES RPG Makers and the Playstation RPG Maker. I didn't own the SNES ones, and god, even trying to make a game on those is really bad!

I also planned out, the rest of the game. And it's...quite long but not too long. :/

I dig the color choice for your maps. Really refreshing but also nostalgic!

Thanks! I am an artist. Color theory is my tool of choice.
