"Would you stake your life on a world that cannot be saved?"

Version 1.07 - Released May 4th, 2012

-Strategic turn-based battles reward careful positioning and smart actions over brute force.
-No typical HP/MP drudgery - Instead, battlers have Body, Mind, and Soul ratings that serve as both health and fuel for special abilities. Knocking any of them to zero means defeat, so heroes beware!
-No level grinding or money hoarding!
-Diverse elemental and weapon-versus-armor system for all sorts of exploitative goodness.
-Structured mission-based gameplay means you'll never have to wander around figuring out where to go next.
-Oh, and no random encounters either, because, seriously.
-Over a dozen colorful characters to recruit and train.
-20+ hours of adventure - multiple secrets, sidequests, and endings!

Featured in the RPG Maker Bundle #1!

The Reconstruction was featured alongside a few really great games on the RPG Maker Web main site! Here is the link: http://forums.rpgmakerweb.com/index.php?/topic/23772-rpg-maker-free-game-bundle/

If you're reading this, you probably already played it ages ago, but I want to express my gratitude regardless! So, thanks for the positive buzz and whatnot that made this possible!

Oh man. I... oh man.

I'll add link(s) to your stuff on the main page, if you don't mind!

(Also Fero's name isn't Flannel, though that is kind of hilarious in its own right).

Wow, really? Thanks! You can probably just link to the AOOO page. Perhaps that will encourage someone other than me to write fanfic. It's lonely being the sole author in a fandom. :(

Gods it's been so long since I played this game. -_-; Why did I come up with a fabric? It's actually "Flael", right? Fixed.
Greatings great lizard from space. I would like to ask for your permission to use your setting and combat system for a PbP game and invite anyone who is interested to join me on Giant in the playground forum.

Play-by-post? Sure, go nuts! I'll drop in and take a look when I can - I'm on vacation next week, so I'll do my best!
Thanks, now all I need to do is find some players. I have one so far.
I was thinking of to put my game about 10 years before the game, that way I can still use some of the cast as support characters, but still have a different plot.
Ooh, that sounds interesting! I'm not sure if I'll have time to play, since my school classes are pretty demanding right now, but I'd love to read it! Will you drop a link here when it gets started up?
Here's a link to recruiting page:

I will post the link to the game, if I get enough interest.

Adding to the OP too! I'll follow it up with the full game link when the time comes.

I am a patron of the arts; especially when they indirectly involve me somehow
Two potential players so far, making progres.
If you have your glossary text somewhere I would be very grateful if you would send it to me.
Awesome. I'll take a part of and add it to recruitment page, so that people would know something about the setting.
Good news, I think I convinced my boyfriend to join us, yay.

Great! Hopefully it will have more appeal as "fantasy world with animal people" than "four year old RPG Maker game"!
Four year old RPG Maker game with an awesome combat system, and a great and original story.
By the way, I don't believe the spoiler warning for the glossary is necessary -- the glossary can be accessed from the beginning of the game, so it doesn't contain spoilers. The most it might do is make you experience the prologue a bit differently.
top notch game, fellow XPer! i haven't had a chance to finish playing it, but i intend to and leave my thoughts!

Thanks, looking forward to it!

Also whoa, welcome, unexpected front page featurette viewers!
I started recruiting again, I hope I will get enough players this time.

This game really needs more love.
